Not sure what has gone wrong with this theme, but I left my site for about a month, have come back, and after updating the theme and PHP, my site is completely broken and useless. It is unbearably slow – sometimes it even times out in the admin backend. The typography is also completed screwed up – I was using Abel font before, now it is loading some ugly “Karla” font. Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

So I no longer have support, but I updated to your latest version of your theme and now I cannot access my pages it just goes to the updated page telling me how great it is that I updated the theme ironically. I have to pay you support because your updates have bugs?

This is happening because of your server caxche or you have any caching plugin installed in your Wordpress site. Please clear the cache and you will not encounter this anymore.
If you don’t see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.

Couple questions…
1.) I’m using the fitness theme and when I go to “Theme Styling” and change the footer background color and save the changes, the color does not change.
2.) How do I put the menu options along the top of the homepage further up on the page. I noticed in the fitness demo they’re are much higher up.

I am on the latest version of the theme and woocommerce. But after the recent update, whenever I click on Wooocommerce>Products, I can’t see the products page. It takes me to the Kalium Updated Page.

FYI: If custom hover icon is set to portfolio thumbnails, first tap on mobile devise is not opening the link, it only shows icon and hover effect. Second tap opens link. This is happening only with custom icon, not with default ones. I fixed this changing icon with css.

Hello, where can I edit the woocommerce image dimensions? You have disabled the settings from customizer. Specifically I want to change the dimensions of the thumbnails on shop page. (thumbnail_image_width)

You cannot change the thumbnail image size in the catalog page, you can change the products per row and it will automatically change the image size.

Hi,
I have Kallium loaded on my WP site here: https://gambitdigital.ai/
However, 2 weeks ago the projects on the home page and on portfolio page became large for no reason (https://gambitdigital.ai/portfolio/) when they were showing up before in rows of 3 like on the demo here: https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/agency/?_ga=2.125258895.468643836.1572349771-1912647902.1572349771
I have tried to change the portfolio’s to show in rows of 3 but nothing is working – it is showing the projects really big!
Also, the logo used to be a normal size and become small when you scroll but now that is massive as well.

I have been updating my site on localhost using MAMP. Now that I am ready to move back the site live, I can’t update Kalium because the the theme license is used on other location (localhost). How can I deactivate the theme in one place and activate it on live server? Do I have to delete entirely from WP/local in order to use in WP/Live? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hello! Today I updated the theme to the last version (from version 2.9.2 to version 2.9.3). I’m running the creative theme for photography (I’m Rémi). And after updating (without change anything myself), to my surprise, the heading custom title of the portfolio page is no longer visible, it’s gone, and I can’t find a way to put it back. Can you shed some light on the matter? Thanks!

Yes you are right, and it seems that this bug appeared in Kalium 2.9.3, this is a bug in our theme, we fixed it now and we will release Kalium 2.9.3.1 to fix this small problem. Thank you very much for reporting the problem and sorry for inconvenience.

The demos are built with WPBakery Page Builder, Elementor is supported but the demos are with WPB currently.
