Hi, Quick Presale questions. Is it possible to have the tickets on your theme converted to woocommerce products. The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?

I’m wondering if there’s an associated plugin available that can capture form results sent from this theme (such as what Flamingo can do for Contact 7 forms). My client is reporting that she’s not always receiving emails from her site when customers use the online contact form, so I’d like to try and capture those form submittals if possible. Any advice?

Flamingo is used for such purposes. But we recommend finding the email issue and solving it. There might be 2 reasons:
1 – The server doesn’t support wp_mail function – in this case, you should install and configure SMTP plugin.
2 – You are using an e-mail associated with your domain (e.g. test@domain.com – where domain.com is the website URL) – such e-mails require additional configuration on the server. You may contact your hosting provider to check that.

Appreciate the quick feedback! The problem isn’t that we’re not getting any email—it seems to work nearly every time. But over the last year, my client has received several reports of folks supposedly using the contact form but my client never receiving anything, so I’d like to implement something like Flamingo to capture any messages submitted through the website. I’m guessing that in order to do that, I’d have to switch over to Contact 7 forms and bypass the internal form system inherent with the Unica theme?

The download contains an incorrect theme. Does not have files for Unica. The theme in the download is a theme called “Malta”

Hi, thank you for you answer. yes we already know about all thoes issues, and the content of the web page that we upload, will be or resposability to do it well to do not have any troble with the load speed. But there are other factors, as CSS, js script tha left and you must to clean beacaus we are not going to use all the theme and all those pages that we are not going to use, load and make slower the load. We have a good server, and we are gonig to setup pluing to optimice the speed. but allway is necesary to edit the code and clean it, even, delet that we are not going to use. Would you do that?

when I have imported demo data. after that i am facing lot of issues with bundled plugins. wp bakery page builder plugin is not working as a backend editor. i am not able to edit pages and also it is so difficult and time consuming. i was very excited to buy this theme. but after purchased i am very disappointed. It is possible to implement. There is Main menu responsive option. Responsive version will be activated, if window’s width is less than the inserted value. So you may set value 2000 and burger menu will be displayed when width of device is less than 2000 px.

A few months later, I simply updated the theme and it broke—you can see the error message being generated at https://thesusieshow.biz. Moreover, if I try to view either the theme’s options or colors, I also get a fatal error (Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘WP Filesystem is not initialized!). I soon gave up on the theme.
I would now like to try fixing the theme again, but I’m very hesitant about spending another $41 to renew the theme’s support; at that price, I could just buy a competing theme somewhere and start over. So, I’d like to ask at least for some advice on how to fix these issues myself. Again, the theme was working perfectly fine; all I did was upgrade the theme about 18 months ago and wham, down it went.

In case fonts or color styles/schemes (accent styles), for some reason (for example after the theme update) fall back to their default settings/values, then you need to regenerate the styles and colors again. All you need to do is just click on “Save” button in Appearance> Fonts & Colors> Color schemes
As for global options – they may be reset if you updated theme via WordPress admin panel.
