Hello, could you please reset my License key? I tried to use it with the new update but it says it is already activated, but in fact it is not…
FYI I downloaded it and I didn’t find the Demo Importer (because in the youtube videos it was on the bottom of the page) and I thought it was broken (But I registered the code), thats why I deleted the whole website, without deactivating the code) and installed it new (on the same dev domain), but now it says it is already used, even though it is the same domain (brelag2.h28….)
Maybe you could add that to your documentation, that the Demo Importer has been moved, because I thought my website was broken…

As I wrote, I found an support ticket from you, where another user had the same problem and you told them as second step deinstall and reinstall the theme (but it wasn’t mentioned to deactivate the licensce before) – So I can’t deactivate it, because it is empty and if I put in my code and mail It says “Code is already registered for other domain” even though it is the same domain…What should I do now? Because now I can’t import the demo content. I also tried to contact you via a support ticket, but it won’t let me submit it…

Hello, My client is using your themeversion of 7.7 and he has lot of customization. Now we found some malware in the function file. ( $div_code_name=”wp_vcd”; ) . So how can we update the theme from 7.7 to latest verison. Automatic cant do because it will delete all the changes. please help

Hi,
I have just updated the Bridge theme on our site. However, there is a MAJOR issue.
The very last thing we updated was Slider Revolution to version 6. Now, the slider doesn’t work with Safari, but it’s ok on bother browsers. We get this warning:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work. To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
Can you help? We have reverted to the pre-updated site, updated all over again and we keep getting the same issue. The slider just won’t work on Safari.
Also, when we update WPBakery, the navigation arrows on the left and right of the slider look odd. In addition to this, the navigation of the Qode content slider now appears as large squares instead of thik lines.

thank you for reaching us. Both of the websites you sent are using second-to-latest version of Bridge theme 19.0.1 First of all, it’s important to note that this is not the latest version. The latest version 19.0.2 also features Bridge Core plugin version 2.0.2 so make sure to update that as well. We inspected both your websites in Safari browser on Macbook pro and both websites show slider perfectly https://www.screencast.com/t/wFt2MJM2 Problems with slider arrows come out of Revolution Slider plugin, because they’ve changed some classes and now you should just choose desired arrows from slide navigation options. We couldn’t find Qode content slider on your home page, so we couldn’t inspect the issue more. Perhaps it would be best to reach us at support@qodeinteractive.com and include your purchase code and wp-admin details and on of our agents will try to help you with your problems.

Hi, I am facing 2 problems in theme
1)- I am unable to increase the image size on mobile, we have tried css with important, but its not reflecting.
2)-I want to remove default footer from single-post page, and instead of that want to use a custom footer.

Really I am very happy with this theme but now that I am finishing a client’s website, I just realized that in the portfolio page, the links in tags and categories are not activated. Is there any way to activate them? I think this is a must have option in any current website.

Gotta say, so far not good at all upon theme setup.
Tried to do a data import, got stuck at 98%...
Then I followed your instructions (wordpress reset plugin), now I’m getting the error “Code is already registered for other domain” even though it is the same domain… What a nightmare.
This is ridiculous you guys.
Do better.
Worst thing is, I’m developing in a local vm, then I’ll move this project to a staging server and lastly to a production environment. This will be an ongoing issue and I can’t believe it is an issue at all.

i’ve this version 16.9 installed in my domain, but, last hour i’ve created one folder on my server for other project and today i download this new version and i can’t use my license.

Hi, I’m having a problem with page transitions. I disable transitions in the qode options but it’s still showing the up/down effect. I’ve cleared the cache and browser cookies and tried other computers but still no luck. Any ideas what’s going on hoe I can resold this? I’m using stick divided header but it happens with any header I choose.

Hi, I really need a hover image with text over that works as a link on mobile devices. I’ve seen this on other themes and a lot of people requesting something similar in the comments and think it should be essential for tablets/mobiles.
Is there any way of displaying text over the image hover function? I mean without placing text onto the image graphically as this doesn’t resize properly and can’t be edited without Photoshop etc.

You can use the Portfolio list element. In every portfolio single page settings you can set the external link and custom image that will displayed in the list. So when you click on the portfolio item in the list, it won’t navigate to the portfolio item, but to the link that you set in the portfolio options.
