Okay I found it under the Bridge Dashboard but now I have problem.
My account was activated but the demo didn’t install properly so reset it using the plug you suggest and went to reinstall the demo but now it’s wanting me to activate my account again, but it thinks i’s activated under a different domain.

I registered the theme and imported a wrong demo then i used wp reset plugin to remove all data used plugin without deregistering theme. Now when i use code it says it is already used somewhere else.

After updating to 19.0.2 my hostingcompany indicated there is probably a bug in the theme that causes a conflict with the WP Bakery builder. As a result of this the built in feature of WordPress sents out an email indicating there is a conflict in the website. Maybe worth to take a look…

I´m using: Bridge – Version: 19.0.2 and Bridge Core Version: 2.0.2. There are no any options in pageBuilder to add Portfolios. I don´t have any support ticket in the moment. Have I buy one because a theme update only?

portfolio list with filters does not work anymore on windows (edge browser) since upgrade
justified gallery does work. portfolio list with filters shows empty page if filter is selected.

Hello, could you please reset my License key? I tried to use it with the new update but it says it is already activated, but in fact it is not…
FYI I downloaded it and I didn’t find the Demo Importer (because in the youtube videos it was on the bottom of the page) and I thought it was broken (But I registered the code), thats why I deleted the whole website, without deactivating the code) and installed it new (on the same dev domain), but now it says it is already used, even though it is the same domain (brelag2.h28….)
Maybe you could add that to your documentation, that the Demo Importer has been moved, because I thought my website was broken…

As I wrote, I found an support ticket from you, where another user had the same problem and you told them as second step deinstall and reinstall the theme (but it wasn’t mentioned to deactivate the licensce before) – So I can’t deactivate it, because it is empty and if I put in my code and mail It says “Code is already registered for other domain” even though it is the same domain…What should I do now? Because now I can’t import the demo content. I also tried to contact you via a support ticket, but it won’t let me submit it…

Hi,
I have just updated the Bridge theme on our site. However, there is a MAJOR issue.
The very last thing we updated was Slider Revolution to version 6. Now, the slider doesn’t work with Safari, but it’s ok on bother browsers. We get this warning:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work. To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
Can you help? We have reverted to the pre-updated site, updated all over again and we keep getting the same issue. The slider just won’t work on Safari.
Also, when we update WPBakery, the navigation arrows on the left and right of the slider look odd. In addition to this, the navigation of the Qode content slider now appears as large squares instead of thik lines.

thank you for reaching us. Both of the websites you sent are using second-to-latest version of Bridge theme 19.0.1 First of all, it’s important to note that this is not the latest version. The latest version 19.0.2 also features Bridge Core plugin version 2.0.2 so make sure to update that as well. We inspected both your websites in Safari browser on Macbook pro and both websites show slider perfectly https://www.screencast.com/t/wFt2MJM2 Problems with slider arrows come out of Revolution Slider plugin, because they’ve changed some classes and now you should just choose desired arrows from slide navigation options. We couldn’t find Qode content slider on your home page, so we couldn’t inspect the issue more. Perhaps it would be best to reach us at support@qodeinteractive.com and include your purchase code and wp-admin details and on of our agents will try to help you with your problems.
