Hi, I was looking to purchase this theme but noticed that a lot of the menu items (like home page variations) dont work and you have to right click and open in new tab to see them. Also the footer, under “Top News” has lots of unidentified index errors. Will these be fixed soon? I dont really want to buy if I have to sort out bugs. THanks
Hello, The problem is related to Envato top menu bar. Please close the top bar from the preview and check. Secondly in footer this error occur from yesterday. We have update some plugins. But we have not notice that error. Today is our govt holiday that is why we are not able to fix that. Tomorrow we will investigate and fix.

Hello, The demo mode option show only when you have enable debug mode from your wp-config.php and redux plugin show that you have enable developer mode, debug enable by developer. Hope you understand. Thank you

Developer Mode Enabled?? So far this is not a great experience at all and may ask for a refund. Errors everywhere, no demo import. Developer Mode Enabled and it says: “If you are not a developer, your theme/plugin author shipped with developer mode enabled. Contact them directly to fix it.” I need to set this up today..

At the time of installation you may got a message like “Import failed,” . in that case it means your server PHP configuration limits is the reason for the problem. You should contact your hosting provider and asked them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows.
max_execution_time 900 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M You can verify your PHP configuaration limits by installing a simple plugin. You will find it here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ .
You can also check your PHP errro logs to see the exact error .

Hi how do you update the top bar colour? Also, is there any way to have plain white header behind the logo without the square curved shape.

Hi To import the demo. please made sure your post max size is 32mb. Max upload limit 32mb , execution time 300s min. memory limit 256mb. If execustion time is not much then you are not able to import demo. Please send us your site access we will investigate and give you suggestion what need to adjust to import demo data.
