Without seeing your backend, you can simply add this via Appearance > Custom Code>

.sidebar-nav { background: #ff0000; }

and change the color to your liking there.

How can i disable the mega menu titles? I do not need them and cant find a creative way to work with them. My support is expired, but maybe some other users have solved this? I tried custom CSS .mega-menu-title { display: none; }, but this did not work at all.

Hello Freshface support, I have 8 Ark licenses and I have updated them 4-11-2019 to Ark 1.46.0. yesterday I noticed they needed an Wordpress update from 5.2 to 5.3 I have updated 2 of them and all two showed errors on the homepages of my clients. Since I don’t know why, I dare not update the remaining 6 websites to prevent the same error message from appearing there.

I also asked the question in the Facebook group, but there I received a variety of responses that did not help me at all.

I received an e-mail from wordpress 5.2:

Since WordPress 5.2, there is a built-in feature that recognizes when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and that notifies you with this automatic email. In this case WordPress has found a problem with one of your plugins: Fresh Framework.

WordPress versie 5.3 Huidig thema: Ark (versie 1.46.0) Huidige plugin: Fresh Framework (versie 1.46.0) PHP versie 7.2.24

After that I opened for each website a support ticket one day ago. I still have almost 30 days of support on all 8 licenses You may be busy, but I would appreciate it if you could send a suitable response to the problem in the ticket.

Well I have update all 8 licenses at 4-11-2019 to Ark 1.46.0 Never had any notice on removing that or replace it with a substitute, since now

So I have to mannually remove “Fresh Performance Cache” and replace it with ?

And that will not affect the complete functionality and layout & content of my websites?

It should not have any adverse effect so you can safely remove it. You can install free Autoptimize plugin as a replacement.

If you active the ACF plugin and insert some ACF field in the page (one simple text field for type page), then you can no longer change the settings in “Post / Page Settings”, editing the page. For example, if in the “Post / Page Settings” > Layout I change the layout field from “Inherit from Sitemap” to “Defaul Page – Full Body” and I press Update, the change is not saved. If I disable ACF plugin, all is OK and I can change and save “Post / Page Settings”.

Hello. Is typekit maybe integrated yet?

Hi. Thanks for the answer. I would like to use this typekit as h1 throughout the website. Can I somehow add it at Theme Options>Fonts page or is there another way? I also bought your Academy subscription but I couldn’t find anything there on this matter. I would appreciate any kind of input on this. Thanks.

I usually use “Appearance > Custom Code” for this. You need to insert all CSS (or JS) from Typekit there and then add your own CSS like this:

h1 { font-family: ‘my-typekit-font-here’ !important; }

Or you can do something similar on elements in Fresh Builder via their element.style or Typography tabs.

May I know the sitemap/portfolio archive page support WPML? I use WPML, and in backend/sitemap, I can found every item(pages/blogs…) has different language , but portfolio archive no show mutli-language, is any setting can turn it on?

What do you mean by “archive” please? But it sounds like you can use Link Wrapper in Fresh Builder for example, just make sure you have content inside it or specify width and height of the Link Wrapper element so it is not empty (= no size = no area to click on).

I created a new page – then I want to use a background image for just this page only and make it clickable – when click on the background link to another URL.

I can change the background by using CSS with custom code plugin of Ark but not sure how to make it clikable.

On the page, if i change the background of the section – box wrapper it only apply only to one section, I want it for the full page.

This is not the easiest customization so here is a quick and dirty method which you can try for now:

1) On the desired element you want to “click”, go to it’s “element.style” tab

2) There, in the HTML attributes option insert this:

onclick="location.href = 'https://yoursite.com/somepage/'"

Other than that, the proper way would for example use the Link Wrapper element as mentioned previously.

hi there! i`v just got time to start sorting out in theme! but it is so difficult to learn even such a simple things in it. For example i can not use pre-made revsliders as it wants the activation code even though i have PAID version of revslider. Sorry but my expectations was a bit bigger from theme. Also it takes too much time to learn how to make smth on it! can i have a refund please!?

After i updatet from 1.39.0 to 1.45.0 the Link Scrolling Animation doesn´t work anymore. When its deactivated the Anchor-Link Jump works without any smoothness, if its activated the whole jump doesn´t work. Is there a solution?

I request not to buy this theme, it looks great in appearance else I had to fight with this everyday, I am not happy at all I bough t it few months back and recently used to create a site for my client I did all the complex but now it’s broken on the final step. It’s not compatible with WooCommerce plugin I installed a demo but now the theme is breaking with checkout page you can also check https://webabai.com try to add product by clicking elegir then for checkout go on pagar option and you will amazed to see the broken page.

This looks more like a plugin/server issue. Try disabling WP Super Cache plugin as it is mentioned in the warning messages. Also, warning messages can be usually ignored (they are not errors, just warnings). You would need to disable warning output on your webserver to silence these (a good idea in general for security reasons).
