We have setup a custom post type in the functions file and all is working, but when viewing the single post page the banner (featured image) is not showing, could this be related to it lacking the ‘view options’ of pre configured custom post types?

Yes, It is because of Pre-Configured/Default Custom Post Types has been coded perfectly and linked with Theme Options and View Options and elements as well.

But your added Custom Post Type has not been linked with those so that is the reason it creates some issues, So, I suggest you to contact our Customization team for creating another Custom Post Type properly as per your requirements for paid Customization services or hire any developer.

When I updated the theme to the latest version, submenus started to popup (show) automatically when loading the page without pressing or hovering them. Any idea why? I disabled all plugins but still no luck.

How do I upload and configure a custom font. There used to be a Font Control tab in the theme options but not anymore!

Font Control option is still there in the Theme Options, Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so our experts will check it for you but after extending your support extension because your support was expired from 17/08/2018.

After the last update my website’s homepage doesn’t show the first image(above the fold image). Shows just a gray square. I say first image because i tried to add another image in an above position in homepage. After doing that homepage didn’t show the new one. But it started to show the original image that is now in the second position in the page. There is no problem with other images in the website for visitors. However when i login as admin, none of the images are visible. This happened after the last update. Is this a common problem? And is there a solution for this?

Hello, thank you. However you see the website works ok because i disabled lazy-load to fix this. So this is related with lazy-load and if i enable it, same problem occurs again. Is there a way to keep the lazy-loading on and not have this problem?
