After updating to the latest WP 5.3 muffin editor stopped working. Does anybody else have this issue? What should I do? Revert back on theme or WP? Thanks.
I have actually figured it out: it is a classic edit plugin that conflicts with the new WP 3.5. They need to fix it.

I bought the theme and suddenly find out that you can put it only on one site, not even domain with sub-domains and website! In addition, after I enter the purchase code on the site where I need to install the theme, the system tells me that the theme was activated on another site, although I have long since deactivated the purchase code on it and removed not only the theme, but also the site itself and the database. When you activate a new theme I get here such information: “Purchase code already used. Пожалуйста, отмените регистрацию кода покупки и удалите папку темы на: xxx.xxx.su”. Solve this problem! I am extremely unhappy with the situation. I need to install the theme on the domain: xxx.su – where it now already costs or I will demand a refund as your product does not work as specified in your offer.

BTW you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

We need to export from muffin builder the shortcodes to use in functions.php with do_shortcode native function. Is it possible? Any hints (also for advanced developers) will be appreciated.

Database is converted one way due to security reasons and you can not decode it.
Is there a way to make certain pages not interactive , i want their dimentions to be the same as a desktop no matter what the device is used to visit the page .

I haven’t visited the back-end of my theme for a few months now. I just went in today and updated BeTheme to the latest version, and wpbakery as well. Now when I go to edit my pages the editor shows that they are all blank! The pages have content on them, but it no longer shows in the backend. What happened?

Hello, I was just wondering if there’s a new way to add the muffin builder on to the page builder for the custom post type. I did some search, and it appears that there’s supposed to be the meta-xxx.php files that I can use as a base? I can’t seems to find it in the ’/includes’ directory.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
P.S. We recommend to check some custom post type files that are located under /includes/ folder, like content-single-portfolio.php.

Not Activated so can’t see options on the side. Was fine until few days ago. What can I do please?
I have Version 5.4.8.3 and no option to Activate it only ‘Delete’ or ‘Update Required’ but when I try to update it won’t let me, presumably because 12 months has passed. Surely it should still work but just not allow for updates?

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.
