If you can inspect your site, you will see clearly that the overlay is not an image but its 3 div’s which has been set using Custom CSS and JS, So, its not possible to change it with an image, there is no such option in the Theme for it, If you want to Customize it, you will find its JS under wp-content/themes/porto/js/theme.js and PHP/HTML code under wp-content/themes/porto/header.php

Products which don’t have any review rating occur this warning.
We cound’t add “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” for empty reviewed product.
That’s because it requires more than 0 review count and review stars.
So you need to input at least one review for all products to remove this warning.
This is not a bug. Warnings tells there is no review/rating for that product.
But we can’t fix 2 warnings even though we set review/rating for products.Brand and gtin, | isbn | mpn.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
There is no unlimited usage license and this is with all the Themes on ThemeForest(Envato).

Hi, on my website I have the width set to normal, however on some of my pages I set a row or two to full width in the page builder. The issue I have is that those rows that are set to full width first load as normal width, and then they stretch to full width. I want them to load right away as full width. Why does this happen? Yes, The Description will only work with/in Tabs, You can replace the Short Description using Custom Product Page Builder elements, If you want to change the place of the Description from Tab to any other place then this requires Customization.

If you only want to reduce the content in it then Just edit the particular product page and remove the un-wanted content from it easily.

Products have already been entered. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to switch the two around. The builder does not account for this when tabs are involved.

You can add/insert/set a Video on Single Product Page under Short Description or Long Description or at content top or content bottom, but you can not set the video at product image place, as there is no option in the Theme for it, you have to use any third party plugin for it, you can try with anyone listed below:
