After I cleared cache, but Elementor dont work again. This is very frustrating. I need urgently the update of the theme. When will be available?

Hello team,
We have an issue when I want to try to make some edits in home based on WP.
The error type is 503 and also it based on WP Page builder plugin.
When I take off this plugin everything looks great on home page but it’s not comfortable to make edit without this default plugin with your theme Jupiter.
We use this too in very different web sites. But we have an issue just for Jupiter.

This does not work. I was having same issue even after clearing cache
downgraded wp version to 5.1 + raven plugin 1.5.0 + theme verion to 5sep, and it fixed website. However it did not recover some progress bar widgets and circle progress widgets. So I have to add them again.
when you guys are going to release proper update so we can use wp 5.3?
Also as a VIP member our tickets are ignored like we have not purchased anything.
Can you share your ticket id so we can prioritize it? Do you allow to update the theme and WordPress, and reupload the plugin for investigation?

Yes, we recommend to use PHP 7.1 or 7.2 for our themes.

So no ETA on fix? I feel like many here, this theme has become so unstable and now it’s screwed up our event launch…are we looking at days, weeks?
When this theme works it’s great, too many issues with updates and too unstable to be used for bsuiness that has to have a decent uptime.
I need my site up today. Dead in the water with a major event launch.
I’m also sick of paying for support time and again. Not paying for another 6 months to be told you all screwed up the theme once again.

There seems to be a bug with this new version. Anything from woocommerce widget that is set to 1 or 2 columns show a blurry image. Images are fine on 3 or more columns. I have not been able to fix this no matter what. Can you assist please? Thanks

Hi there, im having a problem mentioned by other users:
“Using a brand new install, including Wordpress 5.3. Tried to edit a page, and Elementor won’t load. When disabling Raven, Elementor loads but i lose my navigation menu.”
I did downgrade Wordpress to version “5.2.4”, “5.2.3” and “5.2.2” but no luck, the issue persist.

Are you using Elementor Pro version? If so, you need remove Display Conditions in your Header and Footer templates and set the templates in Jupiter X > Customize > Header, > Footer. You can use one license for 1 domain and multiple subdomains of that main domain. The subdomains number is unlimited.

Actually you need reply in tickets via your Artbees Dashboard as when answering via email directly, it creates a new ticket in the system. Anyway it will be replied.
