Recently I find it in some pages, there were some problems:
1 Some settings of the “Section” element of the page builder was missed. For example, I have added the “Title” and “custome ID” of a [Section]. But today I find the two field were empty. And I added them agaim. But they will disappear after I saving the page.
2 I can’t change/delete/add anything in the [Custom CSS] part of some pages. For example, yesterday I want to change some code in the [Custom CSS] part of HOME page, but the changes were disappear after I saving the page.uilder always miss some setting I’ve added after saving it.
And I want to add all the problems I have encountered： 1. In HOME page, any code changes in the [Custom CSS] part were disappear after saving;
2. In HOME page, it’s effective that if I add containers, or modify parameters of SOME containers in muffin builder. But usually in the last containers, the changes will not effective whatever I do;
3. Many months ago, the website was fine. But recently I find it in some pages, the last containers(section) in the muffin builder missed some elements or some parameters in it.
I feel very troubled because this is the client’s website.

Ohh, ok. You meant Horse2 demo and not the Horse. That’s why we didn’t noticed the line.
Anyway, yes, there is a thin line on the BeHorse2 demo as this is exactly how designer designed it. If you would like to remove this line from your website, then you have to use the following custom css:
#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) {
border-bottom: 0 !important;
}

When I update the theme, why does the WPBakery Page Builder not get updated automatically. Most other themes have this built in.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Hello, I am looking to possibly purchase your theme BUT I have a few questions first please:
1.) Does your theme utilize Srcset ?
2.) I understand your theme is retina ready. Can you please explain what method you use to provide @2x images to retina screens ?
3.) Where does the Footer text size AND footer heading size come from ???

1) Not sure what you mean so would be nice if you can extend this question.
2) Images replaces on retina screens by JS.
3) Headings have its own options under BeTheme Options but the footer text is content font size.
4) If you refer to the Subheader where the title is, you can disable whole subheader per specific pages.

1.) Srcset allows one to define a list of differently-sized versions of the same image, and provide information about the size of each one and then the client (browser) makes the decision as to what image it will display ( https://medium.com/@woutervanderzee/responsive-images-with-srcset-and-sizes-fc434845e948 ). I’m just curious regarding what you are doing here today and your future plans as it seems WordPress is heading this way.
4.) On a page per page basis… Example: Sometimes I want a slider with no title bar and other times I want a title bar instead of a slider. Can I disable the “whole” title bar on a page per page basis?

4) As we previously said, you can disable complete subheader per page basis.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

1. Yes, all pre-built websites you see are included into theme of course.
2. All pre-built websites were built with Muffin Builder and that’s the only tool they can be modified with. We did never tested Elementor so we do not know if it is compatible with BeTheme or not.
