Hi. I want to know why the hotlinks social icons are showing in the reverse order I’ve established in the main options. I mean, in the options I have “Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter”, but in the website appears “Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook” How can I show the order that I specify.
And in the other hand, the menu items alignment righ option, is not working correctly. All gets messed up when I choose this option.

We are already aware to this behavior. I m not sure we will fix this. Too many customer already using this feature. A fixed theme update will reverse the social icon order on too many online website. You just have to reverse the order in the theme setting.

Since version 6, we have issue with WPBakery Page Builder style. This is something, we hope WPBakery will fix soon.
The latest Revolution Slider version has also its part of issues. Nothing major, but when we update it, we cant go back to the old version without losing some important settings. For now, we consider for our customers and for our team support, it is better to keep the older version.
We will release those plugins update, when they will be ready.

Hello, this is a pre-purchase question. You haven’t updated this theme since March 2019. That’s been almost a year, and WordPress has updated several features since then. Any chance of an update for this theme anytime soon?

Well, the theme is very stable and is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as PHP. If there is something that does not work for you, let us know.
Note that we do not use the latest version of WPBakery because it has a bug that WPBakery author is aware of and we are waiting them to fix it in a newer version.

No worries. We still keep all our themes up to date. We are waiting for a WPBakery Page builder new version. You are probably waiting for WPBakery v6 but it is still buggy. They are awared about this. They ave informed us the plugin will be fixed in the next update.

Hi there, We bought this theme a while ago and installed one of the demo content layouts. However now when trying to update to php7+ it says it is stuck on 5.6.40 however our cPanel is on 7+. Can you help us out?

Hello,
I purchased the FWRD Theme and it was working perfect but now the Iron Music Player won’t load the tracks on each discography album. It’s stuck at displaying:
“Loading tracks… /”
I tried deactivating the plugin and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work. Below is a link to an example of the error:

Unfortunately, to get support, you will need an active/renew your support license.
If you want a refund, please check with Envato but I doubt that they would give refund after 6 months an item has been downloaded/used.

You probably need to update FWRD and iron-music and WPBakery plugins.
The solutions was downgrading WPBakery to 5.6. With v5.7 it was not working.
Hi, FWRD v2.0.12 should be comaptible with WPBakery 5.7. And the next version will be with WPBakery 6.x

Hi there, I have purchased this theme and installed it to word press but I am seeing absolutely nothing on my site, apart from a single blank home page I created. How can I load in a theme example like on your demos (ideally the grey ffwd one page scroll website) and just change all the wording/images to mine? I was under the impression by purchasing a theme this is what your are able to do?

You must import the theme demo.
So after installing the theme and it’s required plugins, go to wp-admin > tools > demo content install and install the demo you’d like.

Time to move to the Divi Theme! They don’t update there themes
We release updates on a regular basis when everything is stable. The last version of WPBakery has been reported NOT stable so we don’t include the latest version yet. As soon as WPBakery will update with a more stable version, we will release a full update.
Divi is a very different theme and is not sold on the Envato Marketplace
