I have problem with this theme. I registered purchase code, but template did not loaded correctly and I had to reset WP database, after that I can not upload any template because it says that this purchase is registered on different domain which is bullshit.

I have a question about custom fonts. General – Custom fonts you can upload your own fonts in the theme, I also disabled google fonts because I want to use my own fonts. I have uploaded several now, OTF, TTF etc. How can I apply these for my homepage? Also for my menu navigation, I would be incredibly thankful for a helpful guide!

After this month’s update, several things have stopped working and I am really disappointed. I was having a hard time getting the theme setup, but now it’s even worse. I’ve been setting up my website for almost two months and some elements that were included have disappeared. They simply cannot be seen on the web. Some of them are pricing tables and dynamic icons with text.
How do you solve this problem?

I didn’t know I had to do it manually. Now I have been able to update all the puggins except for LayerSlider WP.
“The message that appears to me is this: License activation is required to receive updates. Please read our online documentation to learn more.”
Is it possible to update it even if it is the version authorized by Bridge? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I have two licenses. One installed in demo server and i cant use it anymore now, and second one i installed in one of domains. I had to reinstall wordpress in that domain now it says license in already in use eventhough its same domain. how do i unregister both my licenses.?

We’ve sent a message to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com and filed a support ticket on https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com but still waiting for a response. This is a initial install but got issue while importing theme demo. After following the instruction on the troubleshot to reset WP and re-import it deleted the registration and now it is saying we could not register because it is registered to other domain, but it isn’t and it is the exactly same domain and everything, and I was just trying to fix the issue with import stuck on 80% progress bar.

Hi there guys. I have an emergency. I am busy building a multisite for a client for a meeting tomorrow at 9am.
I have purchased your theme and attempting to install it on the multisite. The domain is redcherrypeoplesolutions.com and each of the six multisites are as follows – redcherrypeoplesolutions.com/consulting /books /seminars /education etc. So set up as a multisite using folder/path on same domain.
Your documentation refers “All licenses on the Envato Market sites are for a single use. If you are going to use Bridge on one domain, or multiple subdomains, you will only require one License.” Which is what I have – but each time I try and register each multisite I get told it’s registered on another domain…
Please can you assist me with what I am doing wrong?

Yes, I know, but my problem is, that I forgot to deregister before I killed the page. So I installed everything from scratch, used same domain but when I tried to enter the code I had to read, that the code was already registered for another url. There is nothing left from the first page, neither files nor database, so what can I do? Please help! Btw, thanks for your immediate answer!

I’ve tried several different browsers, 2 different computers, spent over 1 hour on the phone with my hosting support, changed the .ini file to include everything you said to in the instructions and yet we simply CAN NOT upload the main theme zip file. I’m at a loss and super frustrated to be getting off on such a rocky start.

Well that’s not helpful at all. I thought since this was a top selling theme install would be a simple process. Is the theme compatible with WordPress 5.3?

In your response we can see that you are referring to “main theme zip file” and you should know that you should look for bridge.zip that can be uploaded through FTP for sure without any complication. Hi, I have a problem with Bridge Theme. I would like to work my SEO with the plugin Yoast SEO. But it doesn’t work. When I write my Metas, slug etc. I can’t see them on Google research. The Theme is choosing for me my metas but I don’t want. I want to use YOAST SEO. So, do I have to do something for that ? Also, to make my web site I use Bridge and a plugin called Elemntor.
