I have this nasty line of code that appears (since yesterday) at the top of my site:

I’m sorry but actually no users reported something like this so we don’t have a quick fix without even have the possibility to check your site, please activate the WordPress debug mode and send us the link to your site to have a check. Anyway, did you asked your host if they changed something yesterday (maybe some internal update)?

Hey there! I just purchased the theme, but I have a question: I’m using Wordpress Multisite, and all my sites are under 1 domain and 1 product (aka: www.product/product1/2/3/4)... I will have to install the theme for many sites (aka under the multisite installation) – will I get the “Exceeded Activations” message?

PS: I would add that there might be problems if you have an old version of Uncode, because the old versions use the old API of Envato that you have been now deprecated from Envato. in case you can update with the Envato Market plugin and then register the new version of Uncode directly: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205#envato-market

No it’s for millions of users, it seems the first week of December they will publish an update, then consider a few days to test the fix and publish an update.
Hi, you mentioned about product filters that you “cannot use these plugins if you use a Content Block with the Posts module and Query to Products”. On the other side, it is very clear the fact that the native filter is insufficient for any ecommerce website. And this basically nullifies the Content Block option, which is or rather say “would be” a very good feature of the theme. Do you have any plan to make this work?
Hi Daniel_WP! Yes sure this is in the list (something similar since you cannot make work the WooCommerce filters with the Posts module) but we cannot release any deadline, sorry. Just a note, there are many users who are happy with the normal filter, of course the Posts module with Products is more used on hompeages and landing pages than for the creation of the catalog pages.
Hi My support is expired, I can’t make a support ticket. I’ve updated the theme tonight and I cannot register anymore. This is annoyeing beacuse without the registration I cannot update the Page Builder and Privacy plugins. Can someone help in getting my registration done.
Hi manzanita732! What is the exact error you have, if the registration fails it gives you also a list of specific errors. Moreover, be also sure to try another browser since can be also related to some browser extensions (for example ad-blockers).

Hi all,
Checking 3 of my sites builded with Uncode and just noticed that they generate an error on Iphone 7 IOS 13 while browsing in Safari.
WP 5.3 and Uncode 2.1.3 in all sites.
The error: “The site xxxxx has generated many errors ”, and then the sites try to load again and again.
Tested on Safari and MAC OS Catalina and works fine in all browsers.

Hi Ray_Donovan! If you updated to WordPress 5.3 you need also to update to the last version of Uncode 2.2.3. At least the only known issue after 2 weeks WordPress 5.3 is out is one relative to images that was fixed 1 hour later with Uncode 2.2.3.

Hi tovbar! Yes you can modify this layout to transform in a normal page, you just need to remove the Posts module from the header and use a background image and remove the Posts module from the main page area.

Is there a recommended way of using this theme in a Staging environment? I’ve been going through issues with updating the theme and it’s plugins because I keep getting Error Code 23 that states that the purchase code might not be valid and I think its because I have the site in a staging environment and I have to keep it registered to make the updates. This is only available for WooCommerce products and it’s part of the native options.

In single product pages is part of the native options, so I doubt you can use it in normal images unless you apply substantial code changes.
