What kind of nonsense? I can not install the plugin that comes with the theme: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Without Jet Elements, I will not be able to continue working on the site: https://worldvisa.pro/. I need an urgent solution to the problem

Hi
Your support guy didn’t answer my question properly and here I have to drop their response quality again..
They have updated the theme and all previous custom setting to my shop page has been reset and sidebar isn’t showing as well..
I asked them how to update the theme next time to avoid this kind of conflicts and here I’m waiting for their answer for more than 2 days
Please tell them to read the question properly before answering unsolved query and my ticket is there since last 2 weeks but unsolved.
Ticket number #98668
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Your ticket was replied. Please check.
I had to hire another tech guy to resolve my queries despite of being having support days left here in jupiterx.
Very unprofessional support you guys provide and why would someone renew support time period when they have to wait 2 weeks to resolve a single query.
Good bye
Hi. I want to add a feature to the menu. I’m using jet menu. How can I do push content down in jet menu?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Can you show an example what you want to achieve? Also share your site URL. Thank you.
it pushes down when it comes to the menus on the site.
It will require custom coding. I recommend you to create a request to Artbees Care team https://themes.artbees.net/artbees-care-wordpress-customisation-services/ where they provide you with the detailed info. Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve updated the theme to latest version on a staging website and got a fatal error, had to login with recover mode afterwards to fix it. After a while i managed to make it work but I’m not sure whats the process to avoid this when updating the live website. I think the problem was somehow related to a new plugin called jupiter donut.
My question is: what are the recommnnded steps to update the theme via wordpress backend and avoid this error?
Thanks
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
What theme are you using: Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X? What error did you get? Can you show it? Thank you.
Hello,
I have Jupiter 6. As soon as I updated the theme I received an email saying that the website had a problem with a link to login in recovery mode. Site was not available in the frontend also.
When searching for a solution I found a lot of people complaining about the same happen to them and no clear directions of how to solve it.
I need to avoid the same happening in the live website.
Thank you
Can you create a ticket https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/tickets/ and provide a screenshot of the error you see on the frontend of the site? Thank you.
Hi Guys Im using Jupiter X for the first time and have installed JupierX 1.13.0. Are the plugins all compatible now and we are good to update woocommerce and wordpress core etc etc. Is there still any issues which we should roll back versions of plugins? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Never used JupiterX before so finding my way around. Cheers
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Yes, you can update the plugins and WordPress. Jupiter X 1.13 includes solutions for the previous incompatibilities. Thank you.

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the Category Thumbnail upload image button. I click on the button relentlessly and it does absolutely nothing. Please help.
What I’m trying to do is add an image to the Category Showcase via the Portfolio category thumbnail button. I included in the link and the section title where it shows the screen with a red box around “Thumbnail”. That’s the button I’m clicking with vigor and unfortunately my fury only feeds it amusement… .
Adding an Image to a Category
I was using WP 5.2 (didn’t work), and I recently updated to WP version 5.3 (still doesn’t work).
I’m using Jupiter Version 6.4.0
Thank you!

This error keeps happening
“Your theme (JupiterX) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”
jupiterx/lib/templates/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. Is this fixable as it is causing some major appearance issues
Downgraded WooCommerce to 3.7 … be good to know when Jupiter will be upgraded to work with 3.8
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can ignore that notice. We edited some Woocommerce templates in the theme and old versions may be written in our files, but it doesn’t effect your site at all as only version number needs to be changed, not the code. So please ignore that message.
Thank you.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Seems you’re using PHP version 7.3, aren’t you? Please ask your hosting provider support to downgrade it to 7.1 or 7.2 version. Thank you.
Hi, I used the Architecture template (https://jupiterx.artbees.net/architecture/) I would like to change the colors from yellow to blue, but I could not find in the customizer. I know the page elements probably would have to do mannually through editing with elementor, but the menu and links etc. Is it somewhere I overlooked or can only be achieved with custom css? Thanks
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
To change menu links colors, you need edit Header template in Templates > Header, edit it in Elementor and change the style of Navigation Menu element. Thank you.
Hi! I would like to hide the scroll to top button when scrolled down a certain amount on my page (for example it should show during the content, but hide when scrolled to the footer). similar as it appears after a certain amount of the page is scrolled down. how would I achieve that behaviour?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
It will require custom JS coding. You can try solution described in this article https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19473191/stopping-back-to-top-button-before-footer , just replace the id’s with the correct ones.
2 days after I submitted a support ticket, I am yet to get a response. I find this very very unprofessional and stupid. You say you respond within 24 hours, but its now 48 hours and counting. I need a reply ASAP. Ticket Number: #99067
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We are experiencing large influx of tickets and that’s why our answer may delay. Now your ticket is prioritized and will be replied soon. Thank you for understanding.
Hi, I recently added Advanced Custom Fields to Media Attachments but I cant figured out how to show that custom field data on the default Attachment Page, its only viewable from backend right now. I want to show the custom field data visible on frontend. Is there any plugin capable to edit the Attachment Page or where is the attachment file necessary to edit?. Thanks in advance.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Please refer to this article how to show custom fields in media attachments: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-fields-media-attachments/
Yes, i found that article but I dont know which file edit of the theme to put that code. I tried inserting the code in a new empty attachment.php file create on jupiterx child theme. But It doesnt load the header, footer etc of the theme. So how can create a attachment.php file with the layout that came by default but plus the Advanced Custom Fields?. The jupiterx theme doesnt came with a attachment.php file to customize.
Thanks in advance.
According to the article you need edit post-single.php file in the directory jupiterx/lib/templates/fragments. Thank you.
I have opened a ticket on your site asking for support because I cant figure out how to do it.
Thank you. Your ticket will be reviewed soon.
Hi, Im still waiting for support on your site. Ticket: #99196

I forwarded the ticket to our support manager. He’ll answer it very soon. Thank you for the patience.
I would like to know what the “Single Product, Slide View Cart, View Cart” code in the Jupiter theme is. Because I use Code hidden Price (if the user is not logged in), the problem is that the “Single Product, Slide View Cart, View Cart” still shows the price.
https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-hide-price-add-cart-logged-users/Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Could you please create a ticket and provide WP Dashboard credentials so we can investigate the issue? Thank you.
I have encountered Thai issues in the list of Woocommerce provinces. But Woo thai has translated them completely. And I put this code in jupiterx-child / functions.php It turns out that my language is only Because your theme doesn’t support UTF-8 or not. I have experimented with the same Flatsome Theme. It turns out that the Thai language is perfect, everything is normal.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Glad to hear it! Thank you for informing.
HI, I am posting this issue on behalf of my client. The post grid module for WP Bakery (which you all have modified for whatever reason) is not not working.
I have updated the WP Bakery modified version through your theme’s control panel in hopes that it would solve the issue. However, it did not.
I registered on your support site, but didn’t do any good because I could not submit a ticket.
I do not want to go back to my client and tell her that she has to pay $41.13 for support of a 3rd party software that you have modified (i.e. WP Bakery).
I do know this, though. You all have a bunch of Javascript errors spewing out from the console.
Example: On each event when scrolling the webpage, the below errors appear and accumulate in numbers. That means I’ve counted at least 999 instances of the below error before checking the console. Sadly, this javascript error leads back to the coding in your theme
[Intervention] Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See smoothscroll.js:379
(which is located here: jupiter/assets/js/plugins/wp-enqueue/smoothscroll.js)
I need to know how my client should proceed with this matter, seeing that this is an issue on your end.
I don’t like writing all this out in an open forum like this. But seeing my lack of options on the support site. I have no other way of getting your attention.
Thank you! Wayne Hatter
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
What theme version are you using? Could you please clarify what is not working in Post Grid. This is the default WPBakery element and we didn’t modify it, we just added Artbees elements into the plugin to extend its features. We didn’t modify any default elements. We’ll appreciate if you provide more info about the issue. Also you can contact our support at support@artbees.net directly via email and share WP Dashboard credentials so we can check the issue. Thank you.
Dear Artbees, does Jupiter indeed by default contain plugins from Crocoblock (e.g. Jettricks) for Elementor like implied on your theme’s promo page? And am I entitled to updating these plugins for free indefinitely after buying your theme? And do you maybe have some website demos available that you can show me a link to, on which specifically the element “Unfolding columns” is demonstrated? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Yes, we included some Jet plugins into the package and you’ll get their updates for free. Here you can read what plugins are bundled https://themes.artbees.net/docs/bundled-plugins/
You can check the Unfolding Column example on our demo page https://jupiterx.artbees.net/unfolding-column/ . Thank you.
