I installed the theme in 2 different WP installations (activating and inactivating my license to test) ) and in both the format is a mess… like if the style.css is missing, however, i did read that i have to install the WP files only, but still is messed in both installs…i already put a ticket with a screenshot but now bc i tried on another WP install, then is not me uploading the wrong theme file… please help :)

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if still this will not solve your issue then remain your site third party plugins deactivate and share your site WP Admin Login details via your support ticket so our experts will check it for you.

No, You can only create a single site using a Single License of the Theme.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

There is no unlimited usage license.

This is your site any third party plugin confiliction issue, please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activte all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 08/10/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi, thanks for the help. I’ve deactivated all the plugins except Porto Theme functionality, WooCommerce & WPBakery. Deleted my browser cache and nothing changed. Also tried in private browser mode.

Any other ideas?

I can´t change the color of sticky header. I changed it in Appearance -> Skin -> Header then scrolled down to Sticky Header and changed background color. Nothing changes.

(Using Demo Shop3 and want to change from black to white)

Hello, i see only in the Demo 12 Theme that if i am in the product page (Desktop version, from PC) than the Theme have a Sticky add to Cart. This is very nice, now i have about this some Questions if you can Help me…

Hello! I believe YITH is the default wishlist plugin with the theme, correct? We are having issues with getting the wishlist to work on our theme properly, so we are trying another 3rd party wishlist plugin (ignite woo) that may work and provide more options – but we are unable to get it to work (when we click their “add to list” button, it doesn’t do anything). We have disabled YITH plugin from the list. Is there anything else we’d need to do do turn wishlist ability OFF, in order to test this other plugin? OR, are we unable to use a different wishlist plugin with this theme? Wanted to check here before putting in a tix. Thanks so much!!

Sorry to say that but we have not tested any other wishlist plugin with the Theme yet so we are unable to suggest you anything on it, and there is no issue with the Yith WooCommerce Wishlist plugin, it is working perfectly fine, If you want to use any other plugin then please concern with the pluin Author as we do not provide our dedicated support for the third party plugins because this requires Customization, and if you want to use Yith WooCommerce wishlist plugin then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Before we put in a possible tix (we don’t want to waste your time) if we did want to try another plugin, is there any other place besides deactivating the YITH plugin, to turn off the native wishlist settings? Or would deactivating plugin theoretically be all that is needed? Is there another place within theme settings to turn it off? Thanks!

So please first deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope it will solve some of the issues and then again activate all the thid party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and also update the Theme to the very latest version as well.

Finally contact your hosting provider to solve those warning and issues if the above will not work for you.

How to deactivate a purchase code on a site that no longer exists?

It’s because your server environment can not access to our server https://portotheme.com
Please try to ping our server and let us know if it works.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

You have missed a lot of Theme updates in between your current running version and the latest version and a lot of design/features have been removed and added in those updated which is not possible to revert back without Customization.
