Thanks for taking an interest! When you book an appointment your client will get confirmation mail about the booking. There is an option for this unfortunately however you can consider using some third-party plugin for this purpose. Please note that we have not tested these plugins nor can guaranty theme compatibility.

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hi, Love the theme. Unfortunately we have a problem – at breakpoints between around 1395 and 1025 pixels we begin to see the sticky header visible above the main navigation. This gets worse between around 1220 and 1025, where we not only see the search and side area icons, but also the actual menu items.

We have a client who uses a laptop in these viewport ranges. If I hide the sticky for them it obviously fixes the problem, but then when they scroll and triggers the actual sticky menu, it is empty (since we hid it). I want to avoid using JavaScript to set up scroll triggers to resolve this.

Can you advise? I can send admin logins for you to review it. The site is currently loaded on a temporary domain: http://www.ws-dev-three.com and we are finalising to set live this week.

You can try to add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Hi, I had no issue before I installed https://themeforest.net/item/housemed-a-modern-multipurpose-medical-and-health-theme/22195855 theme on my website http://eastedmontonphysio.ca/ It does look like a virus. Please check screenshots https://prnt.sc/ty5o5f and https://prnt.sc/ty5ojl When I open the website at my work place the firewall is giving me this warning https://prnt.sc/ty5oo3 and not letting e open the website at all. I have just few active plugins installed which came with the theme https://prnt.sc/ty5r7a Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi, I have found an issue with the houseMed theme. If you can help me fix this issue. Steps to reproduce: Summary: blank space and infinite scrolling on top and bottom of the page when page is not fully loaded. 1. open https://housemed.qodeinteractive.com/physical-therapy/ or any page of https://housemed.qodeinteractive.com/ 2. once the page is loaded open any other page from the navigation menu. 3. before the new page is fully loaded try to scroll the page you will find a blank area on top of the page and at the bottom of the page. If you’re having issues with Kali Forms, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it, since we are focusing on providing support for our themes.
