Hi, i ve updated wordpress to 5.3 and the bridge theme from 18.2 to 19.2.1, but after this the element “animated_icon_with_text_holder” are not more exist in frontend? is this theme not ready for wordpress 5.3?

As once we test this on our end it is working unconditionally with the latest theme version and its plugins as well as with WordPress version 5.3

Self-hosted video in our theme has been intentionally disabled for mobile devices, since the majority of mobile devices doesn’t support the HTML5 Video tag and therefore can’t render html5 self-hosted videos. You have the option to upload an image which will display on mobile devices instead of the video file, while on desktop the video file will be displayed.
You may as well add the youtube/vimeo video shortcode in the content with a link that will be displayed on mobile correctly.

Thank you. I am currently having an issue with the Save Button not working for Visual Composer. One of the issues I need to check is, that all my plugins are up to date. I have followed your instructions regarding setting up the Envato Market Plugin, etc, which worked brilliantly, it updated the theme to the latest version. However, the Visual Composer plugin remains updated. Is this due to the newest VS plugin update not being able to be integrated into the newest Bridge Updates, or an oversight, or a step that I am missing?
I no longer have support for this theme, but I am hoping you could just confirm what the potential cause is for the plugin update not working, so I can take the next few steps to resolve that. Thank you very much.

I would kindly ask you to go through our guidance once again on how to update you theme and its plugins here As well as you should know that the latest WPBakery version is 6.0.5 and once checking at our end it works unconditionally. So also please check if you have possible some 3rd party plugins that might cause a conflict with the theme, and try to disable those to see if this is the case.

import 258 is not currently correct, the pages are mislabeled, contact is home page, about is contact etc etc… cool layout but heads out newbies will struggle on this.

Similar to the previous poster we updated our theme and now it is broken, but only in a very specific spot/function. Can I please get some help with any ideas how to fix? The Author, Date, Posted info is showing up at like a row, but is not anywhere on the page and there is nowhere to turn it off as a setting for the Header/Title etc. Prior to the update this whole row was not there at all. I have been screwing with trying to fix this for three days to no avail and am desperate for some help!

I believe you say you can make any site using either of the page builders. I really like the Landscape demo you have but it seems to be only importable as an Elementor demo. My client is much more familiar with WPBakery. Is there a way to import/change the demo? Thank you.

You could actually build it with WPBakery for sure, but unfortunately it is not possible to convert a demo that is built with Elementor to a WPBakery.

In the actual bridge version 2.0.5 it isn’t possible to submit CF7 form content. the spinner rotate and nothing happen. thats only a problem with FF and safari.
if I roll back to a earlier 2.0.x version all its fine so I guess there is a script.js Problem in your actual bridge theme

Hi I am having a problem on on my top menu & submenu. When I move my arrow over the menu item, then I try to click on one of the submenu links that appear but as I move my mouse the menu disappears before I can reach the submenu item I want to click. Hi I have disabled plugins and tested. I don’t have many plugins installed and they pretty commons like contact form, woocommerce, wpml. The issue occurs in home only. And only with that menu.

Hi, I have been given a site that hasn’t been updated in a long time. I tried updating to the latest version of the theme and everything broke. The logo is now the bridge one and there are no theme options, qode sliders etc in the admin. Do I need to update incrementally. Our theme is not having the payment option like Klarna, but this can possible be done by using a Woocommerce extension. https://woocommerce.com/products/klarna-payments/ As well their extension for Pay Pal + https://woocommerce.com/products/paypal-plus-for-germany/Woocommerce is compatible with our theme and you will need to install and activate the plugin in order to be able to use it and its settings.

Yes this is normal behavior as these are small devices and the the main image will be shown first taking up 100% of the content. It will require custom coding and you may try to add this qode to Qode Options > General > Custom CSS

After a general update of the theme (Bridge Version: 19.2.1) and all the plugins, the website is not working properly. The homepage is loading but when I navigate through the menus, the contents are not displaying. However, if I open the pages in new tab then the contents are being displayed.

I see that the “Qode Image Slider” has a mini problem. If I click the right button, it doesn’t work very well. Sometimes it works one time or two times. But often not.
The left button works good. Under Microsoft Edge both buttons works fine. The issue is under Chrome and Firefox (last versions).
Can you see what I mean? Can you reconstruted?

Once checking this on our end we could not replicate the issue you are encountering. So please check if you possible have some 3rd party plugin that might cause this issue on your end. Installed new version 19.2 and have been having a horrible time with importing the demos. I have tried several all of them and they have all failed. I have been at it for over 2 days working non stop, I contacted hosting to see if it was on there end or if it was something I did, but I have done a fresh install of wordpress 3 times and still the same issues. I don’t know what is going on but may have to use a different theme unless something is resolved. Thank you. My support has expired so I cannot create a ticket.

Hello, I have all the updated plugins and the latest theme. I also adjusted all the server resources to your recommended options but I am having the same issue. My server is maxing out at 512MB in memory and 1024 in Input/output (I/O). During the import it puts so much strain on the server it crashes and does not complete. Then the pages come up corrupted and keep the same effect on the server when loaded. Any recommendations? (demos I am trying are 119 preferably or 267, but same issue). I have tried importing with plugins both enabled and disabled but same issue.
