Can’t active theme because you block IPs from Hoster. Not very helpfully to block IPs from Hosters! Please unblock the hoster!

why did you block ips from big hosters?

OVH (your ISP) that we’ve had substantial numbers of malicious actors from, and that is why we had to block all access from their IPs.

We have contacted our hosting provider about this and waiting on a reply from their side to be able to see if the risk is clear and if we will be able to unblock those IPs.

I hope that this will be resolved soon and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have a report from our hosting provider.

Is the Bridge Dropdown Cart responsive? I tried in Appearance > Widgets> WC Dropdown widget area ->Bridge Woocommerce Dropdown. That´s cool but doesn´t appears on smartphones.

You could also try to add this code to Qode Options > General > Custom Css

}

The ‘Bridge’ themes that are stores can also be used for a corporate website? Is it possible to remove the cart, prices easily?

Thanks for taking an interest in our theme! Yes for sure it is possible to do that within our themes options. You do not need to have the cart present on your website. Also if you leave your product price empty it will not be present on the page, then the add to cart button will as well not be present. Also you should know that these pages are for demo purpose to showcase all possibilities which can be made with the theme and you do not need to use them if you do not need it.

Hello, updating the theme from Bridge 18.2 to last version, I´ve updated all plugins , but some elements like “Pricing Table” or “Animated icons with text”, stop working (disappear), any idea why?. Thanks in advance. Best regards!

Can’t register the theme. When I enter my email & purchase code it just says “Please wait…” and hangs. I’ve installed a fresh version of WordPress and tried again but the same keep happening.

I have PURCHASED the Theme here at themeforest, next to my username the info said: PURCHASED

In log files I have this:

Permissions on JS and CSS folders – to alter these, you need to FTP into your hosting and set permissions to 755 on theme/css and theme/JS folders. Perhaps you could contact your hosting to do that for you.

since you dont support buddypress, do you have any profile options for persons doing listing, and is there any multi vendor options. like Woocommerce marketplace.

Over there you will be able to login with the username: test password: test Where you will be able to test our user dashboard and see how it is appearing.

As for multi vendor options you should know that we have not tested our theme with it and can not guaranty compatibility, however, you are opt to test this on your end for sure.

Hi – I’m getting 2 messages at the top of each section in the backend:

/node_modules/handlebars/dist/handlebars.min.js is missing.

Please check on your localhost go to phpMyAdmin or any other database tool that you are using, navigate to wp_options table and find theme_options. Copy option_value content and paste it to same place on your live site database.

After that go to your live site WordPress back end > Theme Options and hit Save Changes.

I cannot register theme with purchase code. Opened a ticket a few days ago in author’s support service. Provided all requested info and access to my installed WP. No answers. Yesterday I receive an email saying that since they did not receive answers (from me??) in 24 they were closing the ticket. Emailed a response saying that I am still not able to use the theme and waiting for an urgent answer (I cannot afford to have website down for so long). Still no answer. Today I just wrote another email. Now I see that the theme is 50% off… I am still more upset. Probably they are having serious problems… but this does not justify this lack of communications.
