Hello Themeco, I purchases this theme sometime ago and installed it on a website that has since been decommissioned. I am trying to install it on another wp site now but it is taking me to your “apex” site (for re-assignment) asking for username and password which I dont think I have and seems not to be there initially. LayerSlider 6.10 is available on automatic updates. You can see the latest version available in our knowledge base under here. We always test extensions before we push an update to make sure that it is fully compatible with our theme. Therefore there can be a slight delay till the latest version is available after a new release. All the best!

I’m sorry, the version number for LayerSlider was mistakenly updated. The download is 6.9.2 because that is the most recent version uploaded to CodeCaynon. Once the developer uploads a more recent version and we test it, that version will be added to automatic updates. For now we are reverting the incorrect version number.

1. Yep, that wouldn’t be too hard at all.
2. Regretfully we can’t guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins but as long as it is developed to best practices you shouldn’t have any trouble using it with X. The WP Cost Estimation plugin is actually one of our bundled plugins and is included with your purchase of X and definitely works!
3. Yes, we do. It’s called Cornerstone and you can read more about it here.

I am trying to be patient but I get no support on the forum. I can not even update the theme: An error occurred while updating X: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. functions.php
For functions php the priviledges are 744 and it happens even when I put priviledfes for that file on 777

With the latest version WordPress 5.3, cornerstone (4.0.4) is not working anymore. Error is HTTP 404 for /cornerstone-endpoint

I’m sorry you’re running into this issue. I can’t reproduce it, but have an idea on fixing it for you. Can you try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking save? In most cases this fixes the issue of a 404 at that URL.

question- I have three copies of the X theme and would like to use the page editor from x theme on another page I have to edit that is not X theme—Can I install cornerstone from my X theme purchases and if not when I buy cornerstone for 40$ is that good for all sites or I must purchase for every site I use

You can’t use Cornerstone included with your X purchase on other sites (as it has to be used with the license), however if you did want to use Cornerstone on other themes, you would simply purchase as many regular licenses as you need. The license at ThemeForest/CodeCanyon is for a single use. For example, if you wanted to use Cornerstone on 3 sites you would simply purchase 3 licenses.

Hello, I only want to ask if you know any issues if you update the theme and cornerstone?
Before update our theme had version 6.5.5 and Cornerstone 3.5.4. If I update both to the latest version, Cornerstone doesn’t work anymore. First when I try to open the Cornerstone editor the load sign was looping the whole time and I got some errors inside the console (404 Error for cornerstone-endpoint). As I downgraded it, some content on frontend were missing (images and text also), but I saw them inside the builder.
Do you know how to prevent such issues in future? I would like to update both (theme and page builder), but it’s making a lot of problems at the moment.
