Worst support. No one will respond the ticket for two to three days. We have to reply the ticket like please reply. then only they reply for the ticket.

The element you are using is a Portfolio Slider which is a bit limited when it comes to responsive settings, meaning it will scale the image depending on the size. If you want to expand your possibilities when it comes to Slider’s responsiveness you can always try to use Revolution Slider and adjust the responsive of your images and content to your needs for every responsive stage. You can read more about it here.

In slider we dont need full width height because in mobile responsive images are blue so we need respnsive slider like desktop view

In Home section I use ‘Minimal Header’, and in the rest of pages, the ‘Standard Header’.

Mentioned zip file isn’t present in our installation, I double check this and didn’t find it. Make sure you downloaded latest theme version and then try installing it again. Also you can try to install your theme using ftp connection with your server like explained in this article of ours https://wpklik.com/wordpress-tutorials/install-wordpress-theme/
