If you are referring to saving a template on WPBakery Row, there is an conflict with the latest WordPress and WPBakery plugin and we are hoping that it will be resolved very soon, which will for sure be included in our theme update. In the meantime you may save the whole page as an template and you can for example copy the code from that row and paste to the place you would like to have it.

The only thing I can think of is the use of Uncovering footer. So if you have this on your end please go to Qode Options > Footer and either disable or enable it in order to get the appearance you prefer.

Thanks but we don’t want that functionality, we just want the footer to not stick to the basline. We are happy to change coding if needed, stylesheets etc, just cant figure out how to do it so will need help to make the theme function as we need it. It should really have an option in the admin area to disable footer sticking to bottom of window.

Is there any way to disable theme options which are not used to speed this theme up? I’ve seen some themes that allow you to disable individual theme elements not in use. I’ve ran a few speed tests and the demos take forever to load.
I’m very familiar with optimizing themes, and after optimizing, the slowest this should take should be under 3 seconds.

There is no option disabling theme options you do not use within our theme. You may find in Qode Options > General that you can disable JS scripts https://www.screencast.com/t/0JH0Nvxow1KD and that is what we can offer within our themes options. Thank you for your reply, I just realize that my client has an older version and he will probably need to renew his license.
Did you guys add more elements to the theme after version 16 that might slow down the site even more? Or can I expect cleaner code that will make the site load faster. If so, then I’ll have him get a license so we can get support.

You should know that every theme update serves for sure as improvement of the theme. A lot has happens since version 16 though and you are always able to see all improvements, additions and changes that has been added in our themes changelog.

i have installed one demo in localhost and i am trying to test another one, in another folder, but i cant (Code is already registered for other domain).
OK now i’ve seen that i am allowed to do only one installation of the theme. How can i test other installations? And after i finish the website am i allowed to transfer from localhost to a live domain and be able there to continue customize the website?

You are using an outdated version of Envato toolkit plugin and you will need to navigate to wp-content/plugins and completely remove the folder named Envato toolkit.
And if you would like you can install the Envato market plugin which is their latest plugin, to receive automatic updates.

I am looking at the “Music Magazine” and “Pop Music Magazine” demos, and I do not see a search bar or search icon option at the top of the page, or anywhere on the page for that matter?
Am I able to add that to the navbar or somewhere at the the top of the page so my visitors can look up their desired topics?

Jovana answered me yesterday, and not solved this issue.
I’m always stucked and i can’t work on my client’s project because your theme has problems with OVH.
“OVH (your ISP) is a French data center that we’ve had substantial numbers of malicious actors from, and that is why we had to block all access from their IPs.
We have contacted our hosting provider about this and waiting on a reply from their side to be able to see if the risk is clear and if we will be able to unblock those IPs.
I hope that this will be resolved soon and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have a report from our hosting provider.

Will you intent to use open street map at a future update? Google maps api charge after a number of views and openstreetmaps.org will be a good solution.

Hi there, and thank you for your amazing theme! I just buy the Bridge theme. I have trouble with my registration in Bridge Dashboard. I enter my purchase code and email and it doesn’t work, the page remains frozen. And In System Information: “PHP Post Max Size : 130M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.” Can you please help me? I need to import a demo.

If you refer to portfolio list you should know that if you create a category, and set subcategories to it, then once you select your portfolio list and your Category it will list all subcategories on it. You do not need to install a demo for the coming soon page. Once you have imported the demo content and activated all our themes plugins you will find in Qode Options > Maintenance Mode ability to activate the maintenance mode or not. If you enable Maintenance mode you will have the option to select your page that you prefer to set. ask you to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be more than happy to assist. This page needs to have landing page template set in Page Attributes https://www.screencast.com/t/MgJ65lOor in order to be recognized in Qode Options > Maintenance mode.So you can either build your own page and set the Page Attributes to Landing page and you will be able to choose it from the drop down once Maintenance mode is enabled in Qode Options, and if you prefer to have one of our Maintenance mode templates then I can suggest you to import your demo content with the demo you wish to work with and import as well the Maintenance mode demo as it is only one page and there should not be any trouble.
