Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then remain your site all the third party plugin deactivated and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Hello, please fix bug with translation for mini cart with next updates. For example german site – impossible to add translate in porto-de_DE.po for “items” if 2 or more items in card https://prnt.sc/q86wdc . Possible only to add translate in porto-de_DE.po for “item” if 1item in card https://prnt.sc/q86w5q . I have 5 different languages sites. This problem on all sites. Possible only to change mini-cart.php, ( ‘%d ITEM’, ‘%d ITEMS’, $items, ‘porto’ ) but each update porto theme %d ITEMS return

I think you have some mis-understanding, Porto WordPress provides the functionality for translating each and everything and you can translate the ITEM word singular/plural by translating it into the Theme Language files as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IKt0cec.png

Does the theme support adding video embeds to product pages?

You can add the video on Product page in Description and also at Content top, Content Bottom as well using Theme Options but not at the place of featured Image, for that you have to use any third party plugin for it.

I would like a footer widget width that is not the same. I would like col-6 col-3 and col-3. I cannot seem to achieve this. With Porto HTML theme it was very simple, I could just code it. Here I have to find the settings but I can’t find it.

This is because of the layout of the Portfolio, You have to select the layout with complete Image for the Portfolio Archive Pages from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Archives as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IKfDIPu.png

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 04/08/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

This is the only option for it and it is working perfectly fine at my end, please make sure that you also have Installed and Activated the Dynamic Featured Image plugin as well and if yes then please regenerate the Image Thumbnails as well.

I have two problems in configuring the Porto theme: 1. I have set the option Header builder in my site. Unfortunately, the homepage is correct if I am logged in as an administrator. If I am not logged in the page looks different. 2. minicart is not visible in the header, in fact it is not seen at all. My cart page is working.

Please go to Blocks and create a new block and add/insert/set/use particular elements in it as per your requirements: https://pasteboard.co/IK6zBBJ.png

Now after saving that Block, You have to Quick edit the Block and copy the Block Slug Name.

Now go to Products and edit the particular product, Scroll below, you will find view Options and under View Options, you will find:

Content Top
Content Inner Top
Content Inner Bottom
Content Bottom

You can paste the Block Slug name in any of the listed options and it will work for you.

Hello, I am suspecting there is a bug with WP Bakery’s front-end editor. The page never loads and all that is rendered is a greyed out page with a cross-origin JS error (Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin “https://www.ozolle.com” from accessing a cross-origin frame. at Object.vc.build (https://www.ozolle.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/js/dist/frontend-editor.min.js?ver=6.0.5:10:288611) at https://www.ozolle.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/js/dist/frontend-editor.min.js?ver=6.0.5:10:289054). I have disabled all the plugins but still no luck. Theme is used with Woo-Commerce. Thank you

Issue has now been resolved, thanks. The cause was an SSL X-Frame Header setting in the apache server. Had to modify /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ssl-params.conf to resolve the issue as it had nothing to do with Porto Theme nor WP Bakery. All looks well and good. Thank you
