Hello,
1) Go to WP Dashboard > Settings > General > choose your language.
2) Download translation files from Github Repo https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme and find xstore-ar.mo, xstore-ar.po files.
3) Place these files to wp-content/languages/themes folder.
4) Install and activate Loco translation plugin.
5) Go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore > edit your translation > press Sync button first of all. After that you may continue translation.
6) Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > create translation and translate the necessary strings.

Your theme plugin updated is constantly killing my fucking website and it’s incredibly annoying. I don’t know why I even use this theme when it just kills my site every single fucking time it has an update!!!!!
Why can’t it just be updated through the Envato plugin, or even through the dashboard? My website meets every single requirement needed and me and my business are suffering because of this shit!
Not to mention I just downloaded the newest update and I’m receiving an error across my site telling me it needs to be updated to the newest plugin, and I JUST DID!
Finally updated the damn thing and now the logo is being duplicated, so there are 2 logos side by side and I’m using the Header Builder and I have tried removing the logo completely and saving, closing then adding it again and it’s saying it’s a AJAX error. Why is there an AJAX error in the logo? Please get your theme working properly!
First of all, we would like to find out why did you keep silent for the whole week? We wrote you emails, posted replies to your previous comments here, on ThemeForest, to clarify the situation with the update but nothing from you. You wrote 4 new comments only today and complain again about updates. We really want to help you to avoid problems but it’s difficult if you don’t want to get help! We would be very grateful if you could answer to our support staff via emails, please.
We tested theme updates and everything is ok if users do it right. We created video tutorial on how to update the theme in 3 different ways https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk?t=62 One of them is the update using Envato Market plugin.We are sure that if your site is crashed after theme update it means you missed to update the XStore Core plugin to the latest version. You need to understand that using Envato Market plugin you can update XStore theme only but not the XStore Core plugin! XStore Core plugin should be updated separately after theme update (follow the video tutorial). After every plugin and theme update you need to clear browser cache and site cache if you use cache plugin, CDN or server cache. Very ofter cached versions of the CSS styles or scripts cause error after theme/plugin update. In your case, it’s the double logo.
We’ll be waiting for your reply to our email. We want to prevent inconveniences for our users that’s why we need not just general complaint but detailed information about your steps during the theme update that gave you the error as the result. We hope for your understanding.

Hi How to modify default responsive breakpoints..your theme is using wpbakery builder so i write them the question: ”Hi i’m using Xstore theme with wpbakery builder for my website. Where i can change default responsive breakpoint?! The only answear i could find is under settings> design option but i dont have such option. Thank you” This is their response: ”The issue can be if the theme is using the plugin in integrated mode. In this case, the design options are disabled. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the integration code from the theme to get back the design options and then set a custom breakpoint value in it.” So where can i set custom breakpoints?! i couldn’t find in theme options, maybe i missing something. We have followed WPBakery plugin documentation https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/theme-integration-technical/theme-integration-technical/ They recommend to use vc_before_init action and it disables Design and Custom CSS tabs of the WPBakery. Add the following code to child theme functions.php to disable this rulefunction etheme_vcSetAsTheme() { }
But keep in mind that these options affect only WPBakery styles. It won’t change theme breakpoints. Theme does not have option to change them, unfortunately.

This is the reason of the problem. We have fixed Instagram issue in 6.1 version of XStore theme. You need to update theme and XStore Core plugin to latest versions. We would suggest you to test update on the staging site and only if everything is ok then update production site.

Ajax Error Popup appears sometimes on the site for this theme. I have seen other users complain about the same issue but didnt find any solution.

How might one go about including the number of reviews next to the rating for each product in the widgets on the front page? Just “(2)”, for example.
Also, to make it really minimalist, is it feasible to put the cart in the same menu bar as the links to Home, About Us, etc? Seems like a waste of valuable ‘above the fold’ screen space to have 2 separate menu bars. (As seen here: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/electron02/ )

You can purchase the theme and test if it is suitable for your needs, we are ready to give a refund within 3 days, in case any critical compatibility problem will be found.
Keep in mind that it’s important to avoid mixing of the builders while editing your page, I mean that if you created a page using WPBakery then don’t edit it using Divi builder plugin. If you created a page using Divi builder them don’t edit it with WPBakery.

2) What is the Max input vars limit on your server? Try to increase it to 5000.

XStore theme is fully translatable and also WPML compatible. If you plan to create multilingual site – use WPML to translate theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/31-translation-with-wpml
You can find xstore.pot file in theme package.
To implement multicurrency you need to use third-party plugin also, for example free Multicurrency for WooCommerce plugin. Theme does not have language or currency switchers by default but supports plugins that allow to implement this.
