I was asking Divi about comparability, this is what they said: The Divi builder plugin is designed to function alongside any theme that is coded according to Standards For Good Coding as defined by the makers of WordPress. I use Divi and didn’t want to buy Elementor. Is there a chance it would work if the above is true?
You are able to work that is fine, but the addons is created using custom Elementor widget. So you are not able to got same widget design in dvi Elementor free version is ok for our theme. Their is a huge design update coming. Which also coded having elementor Thank you

Secondly, old WPBakery user can run site without any issue. for new user we have moved our new update and features in Elementor. Thank you

I deactivated and re-activated according to your instructions and now my theme says that it’s registered on another site. That is absolutely not true. And I am unable to update anything. Since my support period has been over a few months, I cannot submit a support ticket. I paid for your theme and I should be able to update for longer than six months before having issues.

Hi.
This type of error some time occurs for licensing issue. Try deactivate and reactivating the licence that you have than again try installing. This should solve your issue.

I updated the theme to the latest version,.. but how can I import all the data that it was build with WPBakery to elementor
Hello, That is not possible because they are two different page builder. The only way to open the page and then copy the content from vc to elementor. If they do same architecture we can help but they are two different build from different company.

Hello,If you install new version. Then Elementor version will install. Existing old user have no problem with WP Bakery. Form 2.6 WPBakery recommendation is off and only Elementor support added for user.
Elementor is faster and more combustibility option and huge free addons user can found.

1 Is the theme also compatible with Elementor Pro version or standard Elementor?
2 The theme uses the Nivo slider, so with the new setup using Elementor, is it possible to not use the Nivo slider and use a static hero image using Elementor instead?
3 Being compatible with Elementor, does it mean that we can use Elementor to change basically anything on a page using Elementor or will some areas not be customizable?
I’m Looking to buy a new license and just checking first being the WP Bakery version had too many issues and the Nivo slider has too many issues.
My questions may have disappeared, but I was asking if the theme is compatible with Elementor pro or just standard version? Also does your version with Elementor allow for me to remove the Nivo slider and have a block at the top with an Elementor image instead?

Please install https://envato.com/market-plugin/ it will help you to auto update theme form admin. Once you update the theme, you need to update the plugin from your admin. N.B : We suggest user to use any one of the page builder other wise it will impact the site performance. You can move your content from WPBakery to elementor one by one from a testing site. Thank you
Hi – I have this plugin and the token is active and tests OK however it still only shows v2.4 and has no update. All previous updates have come down through the plugin but both the plugin within WP and the Envato dashboard on their site only show me v2.4?

As a test in the meantime I’m just spinning up a new Wordpress instance under a temporary domain and will download/install the theme through the Envato plugin with a fresh token to see if i get the theme with Elementor etc included. I have this working now. Electricy Core plugin needed updating but wouldn’t update from the main WP plugins page, had to be updated from the plugins tab within Electrician on the left sidebar of the Admin area and the plugin has now moved to 2.6 and prompted me to install Elementor which i’ve done and activated, of note the theme still shows v2.4 so version numbers seem a bit mismatched. I can see the Electrician parts on the Elementor builder now. Do you have a more detailed guide on how to migrate pages as going to a page and selecting edit with Elementor keeps some of the content there but a lot of shortcode appears which will be a massive task to recreate each of these web parts on all our pages?

Their is no easy tasks for WPBakery Content to migration to Elementor , you need to set up a testing site and then migrate one by one content. We have introduced this new version for New user, so that from now they can install Elementor . We do not recommend WPBakery in the installer anymore. If you want you can hire our freelancer team to convert your content in Elementor base.

It looks like the theme currently doesn’t work properly with Visual Composer – The “electrical_action_button” shortcode uses a weird format of putting all of the button’s settings in the link_url field, so the title doesn’t change. You’ll have to append the link_url with ”|title:<BUTTON_TITLE>||” to change the button text.

So what caused this issue?
Just because I tested with more than 3 computers, and with different browsers like Chrome,firefox,Microsoft edge,then i discoverd this issue.
I’ve sent you the screenshot I just captured this morning(a few hours ago),that’s the proof.
Now I discoverd full width availabe on chrome. But it still has issue on Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
What do you mean I am the first who claimed slider do not show full width.? You don’t like? I don’t like your attitude as well. Can’t you be professional and try to fix the issue and stop saying that kind of words?

The loading speed of this theme(Electrician – Electricity Services WordPress Theme) is VERY VERY SLOW. The loading speed of other themes(bought from other authors) can be 2-3 times faster. Hello, Thank you for purchase our theme. Site slow do not depend on theme all time. It depend on many factor. Image size , js and css serer configuration. We suggest you to compress your js , css and combine theme using rocket or auto optimize or w3total cache. Optimize image image compress plugin. Use lazy load of rocket. This will help you to solve. If you can send us your site performance using other theme better than us. We will try our best to resolve. Most of the site use what i have suggest you at the top.
