Meanwhile, what you’re describing could happen if Cornerstone isn’t that the latest version as well as X. The most direct way to make sure Cornerstone is updated would be deleting it, then allowing X to prompt you to automatically install it again.

Thanks for reaching out. Contact Forms aren’t included in the theme natively (ThemeForest requires it to be in a separate plugin) but there are several options. The simplest path would be using something like Contact Form 7 inside one of our modal elements.
However, X also includes ConvertPlus for free with every purchase. This premium plugin is designed to help you create optimized popups with capture forms.
Hello, I have several questions
1. The logo and mobile menu appears with no space on the left side of the screen. Is there a way to center logo and menu text of the mobile menu or to add a space on the left side?
2. Slider Settings: Above Masthead The movie above the menu doesn’t show up on smartphones (works fine on tablets). Do you know a reason or do you know how to hide it on smartphones? If not: If I replace the movie by a picture (Video Poster Image) I’d like to use a different the logo. Is there an easy way to change the „normal“ logo?
3. I have a movie over the menu. The jump to the top button jumps to the top of the page instead of stopping at the menu. Do you have an idea to change that?

OK. I don’t have an account with ThemeCo and can’t get one without a purchase ID. As I stated, I’m a second-hand developer on this site so I don’t know who has the original purchase information.

We would need that information as that is the only way we can verify it’s a valid license. At this point whoever purchased the license would need to provide you with the purchase code or a new license would have to be purchased. Regretfully , we have no way of retrieving old purchase codes as ThemeForest doesn’t provide access to that.

Thanks for reaching out. X could be used to create something similar to the site you’re referencing. As with all ThemeForest themes, the order functionality would not be built in. You would need to add a plugin to handle this part of the process. In our experience, X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.

We include styling for WooCommerce and officially support it. We also support Gravity Forms which has a number of payment options available. Beyond that, we usually recommend evaluating for yourself which plugin best suites your site requirements.

We support Parallax on background images in the page builder, but not on the carousel images. Regretfully the other customizations you’re looking aren’t possible natively, but could be possible with some custom development if you use a child them and are comfortable customizing some PHP and CSS code.

We need to migrate a site built with WPBakery and some theme with super lousy support. Our question: when migrating to X theme, are the migrated “WPBakery” contents without hassle available?

Sure! X is fully compatible with WPBakery. If you are using the elements included withWPBakery, the page content will not be lost when moving to X. One thing you may want to check is if the elements used in your page are part of the theme as this is a common occurrence. In that case, you might need to rebuild the content using native elements. X also includes Cornerstone which is a drag and drop visual page builder.
Hi, i am not sure if i understood the meaning of the regular license. For a regular license it says that the end user cannot be charged for. it Means if i buy a regular license i cannot have products/services for sale under my website? hello I’m onto my 5th build with x but on this build I’m having issues editing the woo-com page—can you explain to me what abilities I should have to edit the shop page—Currently it does show up in pages but not cornerstone however I have zero control on appearance of that page from all edit options

Thanks for reaching out. Each Stack (Integrity, Renew, Icon, Ethos) has a different style for the shop. When WooCommerce is active, a new section appears under Theme Options to manage the shop. X doesn’t have a way to deeply customize the shop, however this is something we would like to explore with a future update. I got x theme for my web page. And ı set it up. I just have a question. I have revulotion slider at below musthead. Dİmensios 1200×500 px. But the site give a gap below of slide. I think ı may be change the slider area of eight with css of something other.
I wanna do fullwidth slide, and ı wanna fix height of slide 500. But are of slide is different from 500. How can ı change it.?
