Sorry for the inconvenience I tested the same thing on my test site and the latest version of the wishlist plugin is not working with the theme properly I’m referring this issue to our development department for testing it in deep and till that use old version of the plugin. And you will find this issue fixed in our next update. You have to be patience till that, I am sorry for the inconvenience this is because of the recent update of the plugin.

I’m using Portfolio post items and the Show Category Filter in a Visual Composer Post Block, but if I wanted a way to have multiple filters I’m not sure the best approach for more than one type of filter for a post type?

If I convert portfolio items to woocommerce product items Is there a way to use woocommerce product attribute filters inside Visual Composer?

I’m trying to re-create the /shop/ page (where it has the product attribute filters along the side to filter down products using ‘AND’ operator) but inside of a Row in Visual Composer on a regular page somewhere else.

I see the “Porto Product Filters” Block in Visual Composer but I’m not sure how it works like the Portfolio “Show Category Filter” feature, or should I be using a Widgetized area and YITH Attribute Filters to get same idea?

1. Portfolio Custom Post Type: You can use Porto Portfolio Element on your site any page and it has an option to show filter which will work for you on any page with that element set, but it will Filter the Portfolio Items using Portfolio Categories.

2. Porto Product Filter By Attribute, You can use this on any of the pages in WP Bakery Row and set it as per your requirements with any attribute filter, It will work for you, please see this screenshot: https://ibb.co/f80Qkg8

Hello, I really need yout help on this one. I’m sure it’s something obvious but i can’t seem to figure it out.

On Porto Shop 30, after i press View Suggestions (on Gift Finder) without selecting any option, it directs me to a page where should be a block top category like in the pictures attached. The problem is that the block is visible only on mobile version and it’s missing on the desktop version. I can’t find where i can make it visible on desktop too and also how can i edit it.

, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

I have a problem. I can’t install a plugin. It gives an error. The name of the plug-in is Porto Functionality.

Second, why develop a speed optimization on wpbakery modules? Do you know how much modules exist? No! Because the user must select what to disable. That’s impossible to achieve without a auto detect solution that you ignore to implemente on your code.

We have added our own elements in WP Bakery and also all the elements under WP Bakery is added under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> JS Composer and sorry to say that but there is no auto detect solution for that now, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

1. Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.

If you want to change/remove the Banner on Shop Page: Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

I’m having an issue with the website where lets me edit content using Visual Composer in the Admin area for a page, but if I go to look at the page on the front-end it says 404 error not found for any page I pick.

I tried to fix thinking it was a Permalink issue but investigating further with GoDaddy support they said its an issue with the theme/Visual Composer and to contact you directly.

Let me know what are the next steps so I can start a support request with you to solve this!
