Dear ThemeFusion, I’ve just installed Classic theme and edited the demo. But the result is really surprised me and I coulnd’t find what I’ve done wrong. I mean page design is totaly different in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Explorer. everything is ok just in Chrome and site is right handed all other browsers and boxes and other staff is not working well. It appears you have cache. I would request you to please clear the cache from Theme options,by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Performance and click on “Reset fusion caches”, Screenshot here⇒ https://prnt.sc/p4pq0z. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window. If the issue still prevails then in the same area as mentioned above, please try setting your compiling method to Database and recheck the issue

Eddie01, sorry I’m not the author but just seen your post and maybe I can help. I have done something similar many times using the built-in tabs function in the builder and if I didn’t want anything to expand I just used anchor links also from the builder, very easy to set up.

Presales question: I have looked over your demos and specifically searched for a table of contents layout in your demo pages and posts that look like Easy Table of Contents plugins way of displaying a TOC, https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents But I have found none and I have also not found any guide online from you on how to create a TOC. Unfortunately the above mentioned plugin seems not to work with Avada theme. Could you tell me if there are any compatible TOC plugins or do you have a guide me on how one would set this up in Avada so I can see how easy or difficult this would be? Thank you

Is there any way to force columns to be equal height when one column is image before/after and the neighbouring column just text? The equal height does noting, when screen sizes change I’m getting large white space either below the image or below text. Please advise.

You should be able to get the columns to equal height, please make sure that you do have a background color assigned to both of them to see the equal height in works, however if the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi Ammar thanks for the quick reply. Sorry I should have been more specific. The columns are equal height but the contents are not. So when the screen size changes, one side is much longer than the other, leaving lots of empty space. Is it possible at all with Avada to force the contents to scale proportionally so they are always even on both sides no matter what screen size it is? I’ve seen it on other website but I don’t think they use Avada. Thank you

Definitely since the content is user specific and we can not change its height, however when it comes to the background and resizing it using the mouse, i will suggest doing a refresh to see how it looks after that, on a proper screen the equal height should work as expected

Hello! I bough this theme 2 years ago and now I update site wordpress to 5.3.1 version, and Fusion Bulder is not working. Im using Avada 5.5.2. Is this the problem? If I update to Avada 6, this problem will be resolved? Thank you!

Hi, I am scrolling trough your demos and other info, but can not find if you have a possibility to create a widget or option for search? for example if I have a boating website for rental, I need a search bar that can make the customer choose from different categories, location, persons number or boat sizes for example? is that possible or does this require custom coding? thank you

1) The text size can be controlled via the fusion slider settings (the content in that area is added via the fusion slider). To move the content left/right and to the top/bottom will require custom CSS
2) I am not quite sure what you do mean by header in this reference. Do you mean a different navigation menu or a different menu header layout or the slider image? In either case, all can be changed. For the header layout, we have seven different layouts. Reference link here
3) While you can add the structure of the page, you can not really add the styling. The styling of the page is dependent on the theme options and theme options for every demo import would be the same (the basic functionality would be the same)

I just updated Avada from and older version and now all of my portfolio pages do not work. Featured images don’t even show when clicking preview. Always seems to be an issue with Avada

1. Actually My company owns AVADA and While I was working on it, I saw some reference website as well, I saw that some people custom button added to the page tittle bar I really like that they have a custom button added to the page title bar, I have tried every way to, scrolled through comments and everything just wanted to know that, how exactly you can do it and how exactly you can change the design of the button.
2. How you can change the design of search bar, i mean i saw that there are 2 option but what if we need a different design but i dont want to change the header format.

Adding a custom button in the page title bar and changing the appears of the search bar will need custom PHP code and CSS code. I am afraid code customization would be a bit beyond our support’s scope. However, we can always suggest alternative this.

I think there is just recently something happened with WordPress update and Avada compability.
WordPress 5.2 Says “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”
Says also; WordPress caught an error with your theme, Avada

I have just received this email from my WordPress system only 2 hours ago 12/12/2019 5:30pm
And yet my server memory resource went up to 2GB more and everytime I update a page it goes to %100 and causes 503 Server Error
I think something happening… ? I hope to get some updated patch
