I have massive troubles displaying the theme jupiter 6 in IE11 (Internet Explorer 11). I seems to be related to WP Layerslider and the “page section” of WPBakerybuilder. The Jupiter Version 6.4.1 and the Donut Plugin is activated. I opened a ticket but there is no response since 3 days. I hope they only have too much work.

I’m a developer working with a new client whose site was built using your theme, it is registered but I didn’t purchase it and they don’t have the log in info from the original developer. The site is showing a plank home page and broken content since the last WordPress update. It is essentially unusable, and all pages are broken to some extent or another. the website in-question is www.aromaculinarycatering.com – I believe WPBakery needs to update in order to be compatible with WP, but it will not update as it’s attached to the theme.

As I see you’re using too old theme version. You need update the theme to 6.4.1 version https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/ (read the part “Updating theme via FTP”), then install Jupiter Donut plugin which is required in the new version and update WPBakery via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins.

Alright – well as I didn’t originally develop the site I don’t have access to the original purchase, and the back end update doesn’t work. If I purchase this version of the theme (Jupiter X), should that fix the issue? Or is there a cross compatibility issue?

Hello, I was wondering if you are able to build multiple footers and assign them to to different pages too?
If you can create a unique design for each category archive page, the shop page and different product categories?
Are you able to add to your pre-made product layout templates and assign these to different categories?
Am I able to test this and see if it works with one of my core plugins and if not compatible or unable to fix, do you offer a refund option? I would only need this if incompatible.

1. You can create different footers with Elementor editor and assign them to different pages as described in the article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/assigning-a-custom-footer-to-a-specific-page/
2. A unique design for each category page will require Elementor Pro, where you’ll be able to set Display Conditions and select any category for that design. https://docs.elementor.com/article/311-conditions
3. You can create your own templates for product categories, but this also requires Elementor Pro, which you have to buy.
4. You can try our free version of the theme, and if you like it, you can buy it then. On the site https://themes.artbees.net/ click on “Free Download” button in the header. How to install the theme, read here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/installing-jupiter-x/

Hello. There’s an issue with adding anchors to a page. If the page has a sticky header, its height isn’t being taken into account, and so when the page scrolls down to the target location, a large part of the content is being overlapped by the header. Padding needs to be added to the top.
Can this be fixed with CSS, or must we wait for the next version (this was discussed months ago in the Forum, and it was something that was supposed to be fixed versions ago, but the problem still exists with 1.13).

Downloaded and installed v1.14.0 and updated all plugins. Cleared all cache. The problem still exists where the sticky header is overlapping the content on a bookmark. It was written in the release notes that this bug is fixed, but it’s not.
To see the problem, visit this page, https://wellnessprive.ca/wordpress/yoga/corporate-yoga/, and scroll a bit down to see the 4 service blocks. Click on any one of them and you’ll see the page scrolls too far.
Please advise.
Please note that I fixed the issue by adding a line of CSS: .anchor { padding-top: 155px; } and then adding the .anchor to the target row, however, this is a bandaid fix, and not something that was mentioned as a fix in the release notes.

On which step does it stop? Try to deactivate all plugins except of Raven, Elementor, Jupiter X Core and try to install again (also try without media). If the issue still persists, please create a ticket for investigation.
Can I use more than one domain? Or do I have to buy again?

If you want to use the theme on 2 different domains, you have to buy 2 licenses. If the theme is installed on subdomains, you can use one license for them.

Bundled plugins are updated along with the theme. When a new theme version is released, we include plugins updates too, and you can update them via Appearance > Install Plugins. So for now you can use 2.2.0 version of the plugin till the new theme version. Thank you.
Compramos para migrar nosso blog e site, colocamos no web app do Azure, ao testar no tools.pingdon a página padrão do azure ficou com a média 95 ou seja ótima pontuação, hospedagem muito robusta, instalamos o wordpress padrão, tudo certo, ao instalar o tema padrão, pontuação ficou em 90, ainda muito bom, dashboard rápido tudo certo, quando colocamos o jupiter x com todos plugins, acabou com tudo! Lentidão extrema, cada página não importa onde, demorava em torno de 15 segundos para abrir, detalhe estamos usando o MariadDB do Azure, em nossos sistemas em PHP a velocidade é sensacional, pois o banco de dados é dedicado como PaaS, abrimos um chamado sem resposta a 3 dias, com isso vamos ter de ver o reembolso que para nós nada funcionou, então nem interessamos mais, pois nem tivemos resposta nem meu ticket aparece no sistema, quero meu dinheiro de volta como podemos fazer?

At first you don’t need to install all recommended plugins, only the required ones – Jupiter X Core, Raven, Elementor, ACF Pro. Other plugins should be installed just for your wish. Can you share the ticket id so we can prioritize it? Thank you.
