Hello I want to remove the button from http://velvetrelocations.com/ but the new slider makes it hard for me to locate the button and delete them from the slide. Hello this is pre sales question. is there a big difference between the Muffin Builder and WP Bakery as far as the functionalities are concerned? Am I right to say the the muffin builder is more complete? Also do you have pre made templates or sections that can be imported in to the pages. those builders are completely different and to be honest it is hard to compare them both. Muffin Builder is our proprietary solution and been used to build all pre-built websites presented on our demo. This builder is more drag&drop back-end builder while WPBakery is Visual front-end builder. The Muffin Builder we used to built pre-built websites is also much more lighter and easier in use while WPBakery requires better hosting service.
According to your 2nd question, we have something like that, it’s called Templates. You can create something like pre-made templates and later import them onto specific pages.

we have such feature included. It’s called Templates. Within this feature, you can create pre-defined templates and later Import them on specific pages with Import/Export button that is located in the right bottom corner, just under the Muffin Builder.

I can´t install Slider Revolution plugin, I have a registered theme but when a try to install it the system says “The package could not be decompressed. The plugin has no files.”

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

Now when we want to add the license to the new site we have, it is not possible since the license was already used.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

6.1.4 is the most recent version of Slider Revolution included into theme so all is fine. We did not tested newer version and that’s why did not included it yet.

Hi,
Layer Slider plugin requires de-activation before update. So, please disable it before an update and activate again when update is done.
According to WPBakery, this is the first time we see such error. We recommend to remove plugin completely and then install it again.

No, it shouldn’t break anything as you remove only files but the whole rest like its settings, options, content are stored in database. However, we do always recommend to do backups just in case.
Hi, I removed WPBakery completely and de-activated Layer Slider plugin ,then I downloaded the latest package from ThemeForest, unpacked the files, and uploaded the new files on the server while replacing the old files by overwriting them via FTP.
Now this is my new status:

The most recent version of each plugin that comes bundled with the theme, you can find under BeTheme Options > Install Plugins section. If you want to update plugins as soon as its author release new version, then you have to buy separate license for plugin you would like to update.
BTW 6.0.5 is the most recent version of WPBakery bundled with BeTheme.
