If you set the Price Filter from Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Sidebar then it should have to work on Shop/Category pages as well, and if it is not working/appearing then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested that BigCommerce plugin for Wordpress with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want to use it you can try it with the Theme If that plugin built by following the WordPress standards then it should have to work fine with Porto WordPress as well.

We are having an issue with the WPBakery option. We want to have a row with 3 columns with each column as a image block. We want to have a header title in the center of each image block.Using the wpbakery image block does not allow this. Is there another alternative or perhaps we are doing it wrong?

Hello. I just purchased your theme this morning. Installed it and applied one of your demo layouts to start my editing. When I go tp Porto and attempted to edit any setting, I get the error “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
I have contacted my hosting provider and inquired about the Modsec option that I read in the comments and they told me that it was not the server causing the issue but rather the theme. I disabled all plug-ins and I am still unable to save settings.
In the mean time, I have found that I can edit using the live preview. It just seems to be very sluggish. Any assistance would be fantastic.

Most of the time this issue occurs because of ModSce issue, and that is server side issue, you have read the comments as well in which that ModSec solved customers issues, but some times this issue also occurs because of file permission issues as well, so please check your Theme file permissions OR try to reupdate the Theme, If that solved your issue, It’s Good!!!. and if not then you have to contact your hosting provider for it.

I have followed your steps, backed up the site, renamed the porto folder to porto_old. Copied over the clean porto folder from the download and copied in the theme directory. I am still experiencing the same issue.
Is there anything else that I can try? Hosting says it is not them, File permission doesn’t seem to be the issue. Can I assume that this theme just will not work with my provider?
Cancel the request. I called support instead of using the online chat. They manually disabled ModSecurity and now the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patients and support.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
In addition to my previous post: Hmm: one more thing though. Now that I changed the settings, new courses don’t automatically appear anymore in the course page nor in the footer menu…why is that then?
