Hi there

I have the problem with Laborator Theme Option page. “Save all changes”button dosen’t work at all. It’s like save Icon just keeps turning and will not stop forever after I put this button.

Please make sure that you have done those steps:

1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.

2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.

3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .

4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

It show’s “This domain is not permitted to download the update!” when I tried to update my wordpress theme, couldn’t I update the theme after support expired? (my domain is weilee.me)

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

I deleted your old license (purchase code ending with -4035dfa9305e), so now you can activate your product in its final domain.

Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

For all the projects not only with these 2, I have given you an example, could it be that in some update of the template that plugin for the gallery has been removed? I haven’t modified any of those pages years ago as you can see.

Hi, how can we transfer our theme lisance to other domain? We deleted older domain. Now we want use other domain this theme.

hi, i have some troubles with updating Kalium, i update the theme, but got a whitescreen (can not open my site and admin panel also) because of woocomerce errors. how can i solve this problem to get fresh updates. thank you

Hi! I’ve a question about Kalium theme (for portfolio). Is it possible to show multiple grids of photos in a mobile version? I’ve seen the previews and the theme shows only a grid of photos when opened with a mobile device.

That option is not available because for mobile phones is a very small space to have two projects in a row, but that is an extremely easy thing to achieve and if you purchase Kalium just write in our support so we can provide you with the CSS code to make that change.

Hello. Great theme, but, however, I am experiencing the following problem: when filtering, the results show up in the middle of the listings layout instead of being shown at the top how I image it should happen. This bug is also visible on your theme demo. This is happening with Automotive template. Try going to https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/automotive/cars/ and selecting let’s’ say “Sports car” filter.. Once it’s clicked, the results show up at the middle / bottom of the page instead of top.. How do I fix this?

Hi Kalium

This is Atabo, I’ve purchased this wonderful theme of yours.

I was using a different theme earleir so i deleted it and uploaded Kalium Bookstore. But everything (post, images, pages) of the former theme are still there on the back end, and they messed with Kalium’s backend settings. And Im using wordpress.com, not dot org, i wouldve reset it back to defaul.

So does Kalium have a option setting to overide the backend data of the previous theme. I need this urgently pls.
