Hi,

What’s the properly code for change the buttons color in Woocommerce product page and all the form buttons in sell proccess ( login, register, checkout…).

Buttons are black and no color change when edit accent color. How can I modify it?

Hi Ray_Donovan! Yes in fact they are connected to the basic skin color and you never seen them associated with the accent color. Anyway, you can try to use this code:

1. Please, could you kindly explain me how to change the “my-account” page layout in order to show the “create an account” and “login” sections in column mode, (first at the left and second at the right) instead by default row mode?

I would like to change this settings in desktop and tablet mode.

Hi Ray_Donovan! We are sorry but there are not quick codes we can share to change what you ask this time, consider this a default from the WooCommerce template. What you are asking for will be part of the next update of Uncode but it is not something with which we can help you with some quick code.

This is by far the most complex theme I’ve ever bought… Even importing the whole demo gives multiple errors.

Is it possible to import the “portfolio carrousel homepage” data so it works? Now I only got [vc_row… etc] text and everything seems off.

Also, WP_bakery keeps saying it has to update to activate but I can’t get it to work?

Thanks for the quick reply. I got the same error as 10fingershq (guy before me). Wordpress keeps telling the WPbakery plugin is not updated (required) so it cannot activate. Therefore there is no “WPBakery” in the main menu of wordpress.

I’ve downloaded and installed everything new today.

There is a workaround. Wordpress says it has installed 6.1 but needs 6.1.0. First you have to deactivated ALL plugins, update WPbakery and then activate all again.

We forced a cache flush few minutes ago, now everything should work as expected!

Unfortunately, we can’t help you with that. This is the only possible sales model here on ThemeForest and there are no discount packages for multiple purchases (this is not a choice of the author but of the marketplace). Anyway, consider that on ThemeForest purchases are lifetime. There are marketplaces where with a license (much more expensive) you can make endless websites but then you have to renew the license for each year that each site remains public, this means that within a few years you find yourself paying a higher amount.

Hi skjelbred! What issue sorry? If you have an issue with this plugin is not theme related since in Uncode we just apply some visual CSS to integrate the form visually in the design. Maybe we don’t understand the specific issue you refer…

The issue is in how the JS loads in the theme. Mails doesn’t get sent. Please have a look at the link :)

Hi skjelbred! This update is from 1 year ago, if there is a problem with Uncode here you should see thousand of similar messages. As told in Uncode we only apply a few CSS styles to beautify the forms. For example did you test without Uncode? Please find more info here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214006365

So the theme breaks on an update and I have to pay for the next sub to fix it? thats pretty disgusting support if you ask me. Now my images are broken and I have to buy and upgrade to fix!! DONT BUY!!!

Why do you say that, sorry? You don’t need to purchase a new license if you want to update the theme. If you are running a version of Uncode earlier than 1.8, you can update Uncode manually or by using Envato Market plugin: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205#envato-market

And to clarify: the theme didn’t break down with an update, but Wordpress 5.3 has deeply changed its approach to the image treatment, so it required to adjust many functions of Uncode as well, in particular the ones related to the Adaptive Image system. Uncode 2.2.3, a completely free update, provides the support to the changes included by Wordpress 5.3.

We purchased this a while ago and it’s now saying we need to verify our Uncode Product Registration. We have our API, Envato username, and Envato Purchase Code but it’s saying invalide. I shouldn’t have to purchase additional support just to get this resolved.

Hi garyplett! No, you don’t have to purchase additional support for this. Probably the problem is related to the fact that you have an old version of Uncode: the old registration system uses the old Envato APIs, now deprecated. You should update to the new version of Uncode that uses the new Envato API and a faster registration where only the Purchase Code is required. If you want to update, you can use the Envato Market plugin method: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205#envato-market

PS: Please note anyway that in old version registration is not mandatory, so you are now bound to update or register your installation.

I’ve have 4 licences for your theme but my support period has expired.

I have a really simple question. For some reason the theme on a particular Wordpress installation will not accept any of the purchase codes I enter. It just clears the field after I click the green “Register your Product” button. I definitely have purchased a new licence every time I have built a website for a client.

How do I register my theme so I can perform necessary updates?

Could you also try to register your theme from a different browser, in incognito mode maybe?

Correct, I do not see any message at all. I do the following:

1) Enter the purchase code (in the Envato Purchase Code field) 2) Tick the confirmation box (about one license per project) 3) Click the green “Register your product” button.

Then, it just clears the field and unticks the checkbox. No message

And what about if you try with a different browser? Incognito mode? No message from browser console either?

Hi, I updated everything – wordpress core, theme and all plugins – that fixed the image issue, but then the menu disappeared. So I reverted back. The site was working fine on 5.2.

Hi, I have a problem with the blog post on the website, the featured images of the posts are not showing up. It was showing previously for all the post but not now. Featured images are still in the media gallery and post editor also. I applied Featured image in the screen options still I couldn’t find where the issue is. If anyone can help will be great. Hello, I’m sorry but there’s no way to edit the countdown output without touching the JS file. Minutes and seconds are calculated automatically. However it is a very simple module and you can use a substitute you prefer, I think there are many alternatives available on the web.

I’m sorry, the isn’t a native way, it would be difficult provide support for this thing since the space between the logo and the burger is very small often.
The only way to achieve what you’re asking for, should be using javascript to append the button wherever you prefer.

i am currently running on wordpress 5.2.4 and want to update the theme from 2.0.2 to 2.2.3. The problem i face is that i receive an error message which says: “The Envato Purchase Code seems to be invalid. Please try to unregister and register the product again.”

I checked my purchase code and everything is fine.

Hi Wordpress shows me under system status/product registration: Not verified – Please register your copy of Uncode. then I type in my username, API and purchase code. After submitting this it says: Invalid credentials, or your Envato account does not have Uncode among purchased items

In fact, the problem can be related to the fact that you have an old version of Uncode. The old registration system uses outdated Envato APIs (now deprecated and with a very slow cache system) for the Purchase Code verification. You should update to the new version of Uncode that uses the new Envato API and a faster registration system with only the Purchase Code.
