Hi, the demo samples shown on the preview section is each a separate wordpress install (WPMU) or can those demo layouts be imported all into one website and then sections chosen as needed ?

Hello Muffin Group.

I have a client that is using the ” BeTheme ”.

They are needing the header to be ” sticky ”.

Is there a way to just make the header be ” sticky ” WITHOUT its height being re-formatted ( slimmed down in height ) .

They need the ” sticky ” header to look exactly as it originally does when it is at the top of the website when scrolling.

To maintain the same height, and NOT squashed down.

Currently, the logo gets displayed on the left of the menu, and the social icons and phone number disappear when scrolling in ” sticky ” mode .

It would be great if we could have the Logo displayed above the menu, and the social icons and phone number to the right of it ( just as it originally looks ) when scrolling in ” sticky ” mode .

I have a problem with contact form 7. Actually, the problem is present at default themes also.

However, if you inspect that element through developer options – there’s a text message.

Isn’t it something that should be working even if I have not bought the theme????

People just read these comments and see that this bug would be fixed only if you buy the theme and state this bug as a buyer… It sounds not good.

This is not a bug, just a feature. If someone wants message instead of just “X”, it is possible to set it up of course.

When I try to activate the theme, it says the theme is already registered on a website I don’t own, or saw before. What should I do?

Is your laetst script already support PHP 7.X ? because i found in some forum error like : Warning: Use of undefined constant REQUEST_URI – assumed ‘REQUEST_URI’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in \wp-content\themes\betheme\betheme\functions.php on line 73

Hi, how do I edit the text which appears under menu items? I’m talking about that located at “Header_creative #Top_bar .menu > li > a span.description” on the Creative Right: Always Open Sidebar? Currently, I’ve just set its display to none, but I’ll like to be able to leave it there and change the text.

if you do not have Description field under each menu item under Appearance > Menus section, please click on Screen Options in right top corner and activate it with right checkbox.

Whenever I try to load a pre-set website, I get an Internal Server Error. I believe the theme and website option is selected, but there is no demo content. Please advise.

I tried it from another computer and it worked. No worries. My next question…where do I change the homepage top banner/slider background color? It’s set to #ffafc2, but I can’t find where this is located (homepage, slider rev, settings?) Thank you in advance.

So a client ended up going a different route and went with avada instead because they wanted to make changes themselves and new avada. I have a betheme purchase code and I deactivated and removed the theme myself but it’s not allowing me to use that code as of now. The domain it was registered on was fireflyranchidaho.com and the new domain is aiden.katalyz.us Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
