Try clearing your browser’s cache, log out, clear the cache (can also try a incognito window) and log back in using your Envato account that purchased the theme.
Regarding the issue you’ve mentioned, the admin details will be needed and can be provided on our support forum once you are able to create a ticket.

Form what I understand in your description, this is not related to the theme itself. Try switching to the WordPress default theme and make this update. See if you’re getting the same message.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Regarding Multicurrency support, It is WooCommerce that supports the functionality, since the theme is based on WooCommerce for shops.
There are plugins that add Multicurrency for WooCommerce into the website, of course.
