This happens if you updated your WordPress to 5.3. There is a conflict between WPBakery and WordPress 5.3 which doesn’t allow users to save templates.

Unfortunately, we do not own copyrights for these images and we cannot sell them. You’ll, of course, get all images after demo import process on your installation, but if you want to use them on your live website you’ll have to purchase them from Shutterstock: http://www.shutterstock.com/Here are the parameters (master values) your hosting plan needs to be able to have:

I installed the latest theme from scratch and cant seem to get the Masonry Portfolios to work. I get this error: Call to undefined function Call to undefined function MikadoCore. I tried deleting Mikadocore and Mikado tweeter and reinstalling but that didn’t help. Please advise.

Please make sure that you have Portfolio items on your site. If you don’t have any portfolio item, and you use the Portfolio list with the masonry setting, it will display a fatal error.

I can’t save anything inside the WordPress Control panel -> Mikado Settings. When i change something there and press the mikado save button, nothing get saved. What can i try to do to fix it?

Regarding this particular issue, most likely the dynamic.css file not being generated. Reasons why this wouldn’t be working are:
a. Security or some other plugin. Please try to deactivate all your third party plugins, except plugins that came bundled with the theme and see if it helps. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and see if you can find the one that is causing the issue.
b. Permissions on JS and CSS folders, you need to FTP into your hosting and set permissions to 755 on theme/css and theme/JS folders. You can contact your hosting to do that for you.
c. PHP settings on the server – for this you can try different PHP version (anything above 5.6). And you should contact your hosting to check on why the PHP scripts are not being executed, and files are not being generated.
d. You can try adding this to wp-config.php:

Unfortunately, we have not personally tried this add-on yet so we can’t really provide you with a solid response, however, our theme is compatible with a lot of 3rd party plugins/add-ons but we simply can’t check all of them.
Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.
Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Revolution Slider, Mikado Core/CPT plugin etc. (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).
Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Theme Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.
—If you import the demo via XML, note that you need to import Options and Widgets, after that in Theme Options >> Import
Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.
Before that, please check your server resource settings. Check/increase these MASTER values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 128M upload_max_filesize = 128M post_max_size = 256M max_input_vars = 3000
