i have bought the theme, i activated it on one of my domains and then i decided not to use this theme and removed the purchase code. im trying now to create a new store which will be used with another domain, and when i add the purchase code its saying that it was already used. since i already inactivated it, why will it give me this error? and what do i do now?

I have whitelisted your IP, Now, please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then try to update the Theme, I am sure you will not finds this issue OR please try to follow the instructions written in the below-given article or showing in the video.

Mini cart is not available on sticky header (we are using header build), can you please help.

First of all, please make sure that you have turned ON the MiniCart from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header: https://ibb.co/LkMQ18P

And let’s try to understand the behavior of the header builder, Header has been made on 3 rows and 3 columns for each row right, as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/4Vv7DGT
, and Only the Row become sticky which has Main Menu in it as showing in these screenshots:

This is the default functionality of the Header Builder and this is how it works, Hope its all clear now. So you have to set/insert the MiniCart under Row which has Main Menu and then it will show in the sticky header as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 01/12/2018. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi, wishlist heart is gone from site. Can you fix that in your theme?

And yes I cant update to newest version of theme. I click to update and update is successful but when I refresh page theme is not updated.

Yes, Master Slider is not officially tested with the Theme nor it is included in the Theme Package, If you want to use it you have to purchase it seperately, but Slider Revolution is fully compaitable and also included in the Theme Package as well and you can use it easily with the Theme.

Update success but exactly it’s not updated? What happening?
