I cannot unregister my theme from an old domain. Can you help me do this on your end? When I try to message someone tells me I haven’t paid for support. I only need help with one item. I have recommended and used your theme with 100s of clients since 2014. Surely someone has time to help me.

1. You should know that there is no option to set a certain image to a specific product category in the title area as it is being added in our general Options, Qode Options > Title

2. If you would like to remove the product title you may add this code to Qode Options > General > Custom CSS

Hello,

I had update several times my theme today : - with Envato Market plugin - with FTP And when I install and activate Bridge Core and Element, I don’t have access to my administration. But the website still work.

If I want to see the administration panel I have to delete the Bridge Core and Element, and after the website don’t work.

Hi, I noticed a bug within a widget. I’m trying to put an image with a link on the “header left from logo” widget.

When I do so, the url will be only on the bottom of the image; when I use the same on the “header right from logo” widget, the whole pictures is linked. How’s that? Is this supposed to be like that or there’s a problem? (I already tested on couple of sites, all the same + already used the custom html widget, image, text). thanks

Hi, I could add the custom html widget without any issue too. the thing is that the one of the left side links only the bottom part of the image to the url I’d link. The one on the right is fine.

(“header left from logo”. I checked on various installations, with different logos size and pictures. the problem is always there). I guess it’s because of how the elements are loaded (briefly before the main logo is loaded the link on the left side is fully working, after it isn’t).

Do you have a link to your test? from the screenshot (at least the 1st) I can tell nothing. thanks.

I got all excited about all of the vast improvements in this theme, but it is still the same old thing, demo import stuck at 16% forever. I have all server requirements showing perfect and green in the theme System Information area, and the correct text in my php.ini file, and still the demos will not import. Very disappointing. Happens every single time. How in the world do we import demos?? One-click install??? It never works. Never. And literally everything is set up perfectly.

I just had a client purchase the theme because I saw all of the improvements, but she is not available to send me the Envato passcode so I can get her purchase code. So I am using my own to try to download a demo. Maybe post the full recommended php.ini text here for others as well. Very common problem. Even if all the server requirements are set perfectly the demos still do not import.

Sorry to hear this, however you should know that with every theme update comes improvements and the demo import has been improved for sure. Once testing this on our end we do not have any issue importing a specific demo with One Click Import, so it might be hosting related issue if your resources are alright.

Anywa,y there is another way to perform the import using the XML file which is much lighter and you may check our tutorial about it here.

I posted about this before. But since upgrading all product images are being displayed at 654px x 654px. They are therefore all blurry. I’ve adjusted the image size in Appearance > Customise to 300 and yet they still display blurry. I’ve tried Regenerating Thumbs and they all failed.

There must must be a setting in the theme somewhere and it’s driving me crazy. Please help!!!

The product image wrapper is set to cover the whole wrapper which is larger than 300px, that is why if you upload images that are smaller (in your case 300px) they will be enlarged to cover the whole space of the product image wrapper.

If you want you can achieve this by adding this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Hello! We’re working towards AA level compliance for Web Accessibility guidelines (WCAG). We’ve been happy using Bridge for the past two years, however we need to know if Bridge going to be compliant in helping us achieve this? It’d be great if it was! thanks

Unfortunately Bridge theme doesn’t follow WCAG standards like most of the themes here since only requirement is to follow WordPress coding standards, and to have valid markup. Integrating keyboard navigation functionality will require some custom coding :( . I’ll add +1 to to already opened featured request, and team behind Bridge theme will consider integration at some point.

Thanks for the quick response! Yes we’ve noticed many don’t seem to promote it :-( it does seem like a good move to try and look at it though. Obviously for inclusivity, but by September all public sector sites in the UK have to be compliant… I’m not sure how many use Wordpress but it could also help your sales if you are?

I have a button in a Rev slider that doesn’t follow the URL and just reloads the home page.

Thanks for your response. I used the button shortcode which came with the demo and amended it to include a link to a page on my site:-

The URL was copied and pasted from the destination pages’ address found in the browsers URL bar, so I know it was correct.

Since the shortcode method does not work on your theme (it does on others), I have replicated the button by adding a new button layer and changing the text, bg colour, hover colour, radius etc to match the default button found in Qode Options for buttons.

The problem with adding a button layer using the video is that it ignores the css in Qode Options for buttons, so its a bit fiddly getting the button to match, but I more or less did it in the end. Maybe you have a suggestion for that?

I realise that my support has run out, but I thought I would at very least be able to log back into support and view my previous tickets and maybe tickets of others to find a solution. It’s only recently that I have been locked out of your support site even though my support ran out some time ago. Can you explain this please? Why I am not able to log in and at least view my old tickets? Seems extremely odd.

I just updated to the latest version of the theme and now keep seeing this error across the dashboard “Warning: array_flip() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in…”

This has also essentially broken the whole site – any ideas at all?

Part of the issue seems to be that I have lost access to any Qode settings within Wordpress, and LayerSlider is also failing to update.

1. ask for profile “Choose ThemeForest author” none of the selections offers Bridge.

2. Under themes – nothing concerning “bridge”

This themme is awsome, but i can use the register code only one time? I did use the code in one notebook and i won’t use anymore, when i tried to use again, this message appears= “Code is already registered for other domain”. For use more times i have to buy every time?

As per regular license that you have purchased q theme can only be used on one domain installation. So in order to use it if you want to use it and transfer your website to another domain you will need to deregister your purchase and register it on the other domain. You may read more about it here.

By Envato regulations with regular licence you can only use your purchasecode for one site.
