Is there a way to enter a schedule of courses. Not just starts on 1 and 2 but occurs on day 1, 2, 4, and 7 etc.?

Your support forum on your website is not functioning, on the support page you keep asking for purchase code and when submitting the page just redirects to your homepage. Entering an item support forum link it says you cannot create new ticket. there is not way to actually get support either there are bugs in your support system or it is setup intentionally to make it really hard to get the needed support.

Hello i have questions about problems we faced with the theme:

1- When i user/ Learner OR Instructor want to edit the comment, it takes them to the backend of worpdress, which i dont want them to see, i want the comments to be edited under the lesson page instead, so how to do that ?

2- I found that i can’t translate some words, even when i used Loco Translate Plugin as you promised, i searched for those words in the child theme, in the theme, and even in Learnpress Pluging and Elementor Plugin to translate them, but couldn’t : some of the words are : - “No Certificae” , “No Courses ” in the Student Profile page. - “Do you want to complete lesson” in the Popup window when you click, Finish the Lesson Button

3- I mentioned this problem before: when we Enroll a new student to the course, after time we see he doesnt have the “finish the lesson” button, and we already chosed “Evaluate via lessons” beneath the course in wordpress.

this cause us and our support more wok, we are forced to go manually change that by doing the following: a: we go to “Orders” in learn press, then edit the order for new enrolled student to failed, then we update it, then we choose “Approved” again then we updates the order, so the BUTTON is shown again. b- THEN we go and click the BUTTON under ALL the lessons that the learner watched, to make it 80% or 100% for the course so he can take the certificate. Which takes us lot of TIME and WORK.

4- The Review System: it randomly shows “0” reviews, and the students didn’t put a review, even our support comment, it show that we reviewed the lesson “0”. but that show mostly on the backend in wordpress.

5- How we can change the “Finish lesson button” with just when a Student Open/ or finish the watching 100% of the lesson, it show him that he finished the lesson, without him Clicking on a Button. is it possible to get ride of the button, and change it with something else if available.

Hello, it is very difficult to use the learnpress course page as the new designs has made basic things so complicated and I have had to re-install new themes twice due to mumerous issues.

All i requested was for you to remove or allow enable/disable of the COURSE FEATURE section in the new edtech theme and also be able to add MULTI -TAB at the top of the page instead of it showing at the buttom of the page as parralex. The default theme allows these and it is expected to be able to mix and match features across all theme just like every other theme instead of being restricted to an usable feature/design.

I have bought your theme for 4 years and never asked for your support until now. I never been able to use this theme because of these limitations and its a shame if you keep asking for money to solve an issue that should have been. Why would we not be able to have enable/disable option for features we dont want or want? Why make it static and request for fee just ro remove or recreate basic things?

Before i bought this theme i did ask if you will help out with issues like this and you promised to but now i am stock and you dont seem to care anymore since I purchased!!! I have bought more than 20 themes here in envanto and none has been so restrictive like this eduma theme and none has ever asked for more money to resolve issue even when i ask years later.

Hello, when selection icons from fontawesome in a thim icon box for example the icon is not shown. When I look at the html code I see class=”fab fa-telegram”. When I change this via the chrome developer tools to class=”fa fa-telegram” it works. How to fix this? Also how can I integrate the fontawesome pro icons?

Hi, I am having a few problems with my site. My logo appears as a box on a mobile device and there is some random text showing under my top navigation menu.

If I would receive a legitimate response, I think that would get me through this issue for the time being. I created a Home page using the Default template, but in the space the header image should be there is a black space. If I use the Home page template, then there is no header image at all.

I have looked all over the customiser to set the header image for this Default template page, but cannot find it.

How do I customise the header image for a page created using the Default template?

Secondly, what if I want a unique header image per page I create using the Default template?

I do some customization to the theme on my site, but after a day or 2 the changes are gone, the page is restored with the original version, how to overcome this issue.
