Hello, After latest bridge core plugin update my custom js (in Qode options -> General) has stopped working. It used to work really great for quite a long time then after update it does not work any more.

I’ve purchased MANY licenses for Bridge theme. I have a question that I sent via email, and then I got redirected to the Qode interface. It says my purchase codes are invalid and doesn’t even let me select Bridge as a theme for the required input fields. Please help.

Please note, sharing on social networks include Open Graph protocol which is defining all aspects of shared content – title, description, image etc. If those params aren’t defined in page header, sharing library will try to fetch some random data from page, which is what you are experiencing.
So, to gain more control over shared content you should use some plugin that is handling Open Graph protocol.

Once we check this on your end we do see that your titles are very long, and the solution you were provided is handling the width of that content so as there is no option within the theme to handle the length of the title you can consider using the solution you were provided with or stay with your original title length as it is unfortunately not possible to have the title in more than on one line with this CSS code.

You should know that you can use any plugin that comes with our theme as it is compatible with our theme and therefor you could use it on any demo that comes with our theme.
On our listing demo we do use WP Job manager plugin for our listings. So you can always try with those for sure.

Another question in regards to using for business listings, Can I import just listing Demo pages? I have already created my main pages but want to create a listing page but have no idea how to format other than using a demo page and then customizing. Other wise I am lost

What I can suggest you to do is to install the them on your localhost and import the listing demo, which will provide you with all the content from that demo. Though you will need to deregister your current theme on your domain in order to be able to register it on your localhost and import the listing demo content. Once it is imported you may deregister the theme on your localhost and register it on your current domain. You will then have access to the listing pages which you can easily copy to your current domain.

Hello I need to de-register my license for an old domain which i no longer have access to (domain no longer in my possession) to be able to use on a new domain.
Some themes/plugins let me easily do this by going through the user area of their website to de-register myself – but i assume for the Bridge theme i need the support team to do this for me.
I would not want that license to go to waste if i were to buy a new one. Please help. thanks

I change the “main color” and the “Text Selection Color” and absolutely nothing changes on the site (demo 129).
So I go and change header background color, etc, and check every single color option and there’s just a couple of changes.
I will have to spend a couple of hours just to change the color palette, fiddling with css, etc.
this is not desirable, it seems this theme is losing quality.

Besides the Global Options, you should know that every shortcode has its own option and sometimes the options for color, background color are set inside the shortcode options. So please check that to be able to change everything to your needs. Separator does need to be change within its settings, Call to action, Font Options and Menu options as well. So please check your shortcodes settings and our themes Options as commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer their own options framework, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities and custom elements.

Hi Guys, I am not sure if I need to direct this at you or not as I appreciate that some plugins are bundled in with your theme but I’m not sure I could go direct to the plugin developer as I am not sure how it works with the licence agreement. I had a site running from imported Demo Content which I then customised to work how I wanted it to. I have recently done a few needed updates to the theme and various plugins and ever since the slider has not functioned correctly. I have tried re-making the slider from scratch using the new version of slider revolution that was installed but for some reason even though it displays correctly in the back end and when I run through the timeline etc, when I preview or publish the slide it displays incorrectly on the site and I have no idea why.
I have made a guest login to the site so that you may be able to log in and have a look at what I mean which can be given on request. I would appreciate any assistance on this;

Hi there, the website URL is www.astrotough.com – I have also updated however LayerSlider WP is saying it requires a licence to update and will not update to the new version, yet keeps given me a message in the backend that it is a required update to be made.

Once we check your site we can not see any errors and you can read our article on how to edit your content using Rev Slider as well as you may find plenty of tutorials on the plugin authors website for sure.
