First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress.
You can set footer as “Reveal” but there is no option in the Theme for set Footer as sticky, you can set it using Custom CSS and JS easily.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then try to use Porto Studio.

By default products background is transparent if you upload png picture for product that will work for you by default there is no background color set in product image container. For example i upload this png image as shown in screenshot http://prnt.sc/qpfl0t
And after that you can see it uploaded as png image there is no background it clearly shows in screenshot: http://prnt.sc/qpfl9
And when i upload product you can see product image is totally transparent there is no background shade appearing:http://prnt.sc/qpflk
So you just need to upload transparent background images and check you will find no issue at all.

How can the WPBakery Page Builder be accessed in the Blocks area in Wordpress admin? Currently genereated shortcodes have to be built on a page and then manually copied to a block content. It would be smoother to be able to access everything directly on the block page, like when editing a normal page where there are two blue buttons to enable the page builder.

Hi there, i have a problem with the activation of the theme.
I get the message: Your ip address is blocked as spam!!!
We have a big issue with the theme. From now to then we have no chance to save something. When i deactivate the theme the issue is solved. So i have try to install the newest vesion manually (automatically update does not works because the license key filed is empty, i have no chance to insert the key because i can not save). After update the issue is the same. What can we do?

I have had an issue with a plugin, Yith Wishlist. I’ve been using this plugin on my site since installing the porto theme. The wishlist stopped working. I reached out to Yith which gave me a series of task to perform to make the plugin work with the porto theme but in turn was told to contact the theme developer because the issues is with the theme and not them.
I would like to continue to use this plugin on my site because it worked well at one time. Can you look into this as to how Yith became “not compatible” with the porto theme? poochyandzoey.com

To show a block an inner content bottom location on single product page you need to paste block slug in single post inner content bottom area.
For that edit any post and scroll down to find inner content bottom block section as shown in screenshot: http://prnt.sc/qpg4v7
and paste your block slug there and save post and check after removing browser cache you find your block content at the same position.

I’m on latest version, using shop demo 30. I don’t use revolution slider, plus the visual add-ons is unnecessary for me. I did the 3 idea you suggest, but the problem continuous. Any suggestion?
