Hi there, I have a question about the sitemap and other plugins. When installing some plugins (e.g. FAT EVENT or The Events Calendar) additional sitemaps are created. These are not assigned to other layouts. I can choose a layout for these sitemaps. How can I detach a linked layout of the 3rd party plugin from the layout template so that it is displayed again as “NOT ASSIGNED”? I look forward to your answer. Thanks And cheers

Can you please remove any elements from the Layout’s Fresh Builder canvas and see if that will act as if it is not assigned? I think empty layouts are automatically ignored/skipped and the code falls back to the next layer, effectively doing the same thing as “not assigned”.

This theme works incompatible with the SEO module. The main purpose of a theme is; Is the design. It should work in harmony with an SEO module that only adds Meta to the code.

Ark has more sales than that and it is not famous either. There is millions of plugins and we (or anyone else) unfortunately do not have the resources to debug them all, so it does not fall under the definition of support. But we always try to do our best so we would be happy to take a quick look at it for you, see if it’s something simple to solve maybe. To compensate the above efforts we would like you to at least have an active support pack.

That’s the thing, we do not know what is wrong so there are no guarantees. If it will take a few minutes we can fix it but if it turns out it could take hours then I am not sure we can prioritize it over any other tasks because it is not a very popular plugin such as WPML, Yoast, etc, which we always try to be compatible with. It is also possible they would need to fix it from their end.

Hello, my website is down because of an error of the ARK plugin: Fresh Framework.

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Fresh Framework.

I have problem with shop page in woocommerce. I can’t change page layout/header/footer from default to custom that i used in other pages. Also in single product page in woocommerce, header cannot be changed.

Cart and checkout pages works 100% normal.

How do I change the “selection color” and “selection background color” of the whole website?

This is tied to Global Color Library slot 1 (or 2). If you would like to customize it further, you can simply insert the following CSS via “Appearance > Custom Code” :

There is only this way. We tried to limit the number of all edge case settings, to prevent clutter and help with orientation in admin. And because these can be easily changed with a line or two in CSS when needed. I understand it may be an important design detail for your project specifically but only a few percent actually want to change this to a color that would be different to their primary accent color (in our experience). So please simply change it via CSS which you can find in my previous message.

Hi, when I make a new blog post and choose a picture, that picture shows up on all of the blog posts, why? If I click on one of the old posts the correct pic is showing but not in the masonary gallery.

I write to you again to know if you have solved the problem with the bug and “strange behaviour” on the images uploaded at 470 × 330 pixels (on the Featured image) on the Portfolio’s Archive and converted to 360px × 252px by your theme. I’d published a support ticket some months ago but it’s still not solved…

Hi. I want a menu like the barbershop theme without logo and centered links. I installed the barber shop theme but as soon as I changed the menu items it tweaked to one side of the screen

Just like hal-web, Freshbuilder is not loading after update wp 5.3.1. and update theme 1.47

I notice this is also a problem reported on your ark facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1827105637579063/permalink/2564363227186630/ yet no response from admins.

My support expired, so I can’t open a ticket. I do not wish to pay for yet another license just so I can continue to get NORMAL updates.

I just purchased and installed but there is no ark section in my dashboard to add license and the freshface plugin is not showing either. Tried deleting and reinstalling, same issue.Tried going to support and logged in connected to envato and entered my license key and says not found. So now I can’t even open a ticket! I would either like my money back or get support ASAP. Very Frustrating!!

I am having the exact same issue as someone else on here. Do not believe this was meant to fall under support? It is just something that started happening. I have also Updated to latest Ark version …. problem continues. [“pinguina – 5 months ago Hello support, I need help with colors on the theme. Since I purchased the theme the website changes the the default color to be white. I use white background, I also use your theme default colors to avoid this kind of conflict. Visitors are no longer able to mouse over links, read buttons and some titles are gone because of the white text in a white background. I am not able to read troubleshooting from your support page because “Support Expired”. I sent you an email and I am hoping you will be able to look at and help me fix this strange theme fresh builder behavior. Thank you!”]

I see someone was also having an issue with the Global Color Library on a previous update 2 months ago My SANDBOX site is fine = Ark version 1.4.1 and my LIVESITE is not fine = Ark version 1.46.0
