Same as others have mentioned – all product images are very blurry now and all but the 1st image are showing in square format instead of the uncropped rectangle format they were uploaded in. I even checked and in the customizer for images, it has the “uncropped” option checked. Help!

Seems something’s wrong with the Wordpress auto-update feature. Please follow this guide to update it via FTP. The latest version is of Flatsome is v3.10.3 by the way.

Hi, after i upgraded to Flatsome 3.10.2 my product gallery is screwed up. The first image is clear/sharp, but when i click to the next images are blurred and in really bad quality. Please tell me how to fix this because it’s a disaster for my webshop. Thanks in advance!

Hello, since the most recent update the ‘Stacked’ product layout now shows very low quality (100×100px) images until you hover over them or open the lightbox. Is this a known issue? (thumbnails regenerated and cache cleared)

You can use a plugin like this to be able to use a widget with a shortcode in a page or post. Create a UX Block, add an accordion element, insert the widget’s shortcode as an accordion item and place that UX Block into Footer 2 with a Flatsome Block widget.
Thanks, but this doesn’t work. This only works if the original tag section remains displayed, but then I have this section twice: In the original widget and within the new accordion block. But as soon as I delete the original tag widget, so that I have only the tags within the accordion remain, I get the error: “Widget not in any sidebars”.
I solved it with another plugin.
I just wanted to let you know that the template is great, with countless options and excellent and very fast support. You really did a great job there. I can only recommend it with a clear conscience.

Hi! Can you tell me what I should put on my functions php to change the headings of product pages? I see that not are seo optimized. Some parts should have other Hx or change to span to have good structure. Same happens with the mini-cart, don’t should use headings here, due first loading heading is an H5. Thanks!

You can change any Woocommerce template by copying them with the exact folder structure into the child theme.
thank you for your replay. I tried that with /template-parts/header/partials/element-cart.php to change H4 to span, but not work for me. I think that for any reason seems that child theme ignore my changes on functions.php too. Maybe is due the name of the child is different than “flatsome-child” ? thanks!
It should work if you modify the correct file. Wordpress loads the template files stored in the child theme folder and ignores the same files of the parent theme. It’s a Wordpress feature.

Hi, the theme has an issue where it doesn’t redirect to the “thank you” page after payment success. I’ve tried switching to the 2020 theme and everything worked fine, so it’s likely the theme’s issue. I’m on flatsome v3.10.1 and woocommerce v3.9. Could you please fix this asap or let me know an interim fix? Thanks a lot.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. When adding the counter to a page, it works perfect on a desktop browser but on a mobile device using Chrome (Galaxy S9 plus), I only see a white bar.

I checked with our demo page https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/countdown/ but it works fine.
I figured it out. It had to do with the SG Optimizer plugin I installed. Specifically, the setting “Defer Render-Blocking JS” under the “Frontend Optimization” setting. When I turned this feature OFF, the counter worked fine.

Hello, I want to buy this theme for the client’s site. But I have a few questions. 1. Is it possible to import / export pages, posts and their parts. I will need to make the same pages in different languages. I do not want to do the same work twice. 2. Is it possible in your editor to add custom css for individual blocks and pages. 3. Language switcher can only be a dropdown list? Or it will be possible to choose a regular list in which all languages are visible at once?

1. If you’re going to use WPML, you can duplicate a page before translating.
2. All elements have a class section, so you can add custom CSS classes easily.
3. If you’re going to use WPML, you can create a custom language switcher and use its shortcode anywhere you want.
I’m going to use Polylang. Will something change? Maybe you have a test period for your theme?
