More of a feature request – In theme options under Header -> Social Links can you add Google? Google Plus is there, but that no longer exists. Many clients like to add a Google button that links to their review page. The fa-google icon exists so it would just be a matter of adding it to the theme options. Thanks in advance!

No, Sorry to say that but there is no Options for Google Share for now, and yes you are right, Google + is no more working now so, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

I am not sure this is the right place to ask this question but I am having enormous difficulties finding the answer and it may be a common problem for other people too.

My site is in Bulgarian language but there are still some phrases from WooCommerce which are not translated. I uploaded a .mo and .po file via FTP to the /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages folder but what should I do next to activate these files within Wordpress so that the translations take effect? It seems so hard to find how to translate phrases it’s unbelievable…

I did all of what you described, but not all phrases are translated. Examples include widely used phrases such as “Featured Products” or “Related Products”. I see the translation in Bulgarian language in the .po file, it’s there, but I can’t change it on my website. I must be missing something… How can I solve my issue, should I create a support ticket?

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible you can only Import the Single Demo on a single site at a single time. But I have a workaround for you :).

You can Import any Store Demo on your site as per your requirements then use Porto Studio functionality and Import any of the other Demo pages on your site as per your requirements:

I am using a Porto Child theme and I saw a notification in Wordpress that it contains outdated copies of these two WooCommerce template files:

porto/woocommerce/myaccount/lost-password-confirmation.php – version 3.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0 porto/woocommerce/single-product/related.php – version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0

Can these template files be fixed please?

Yes, The latest WooCommerce plugin update 3.9.0 has done a couple of Theme templated outdated and we already noticed that we are working on the new Theme update in which we will update those templates as well. So please be patience till that and go with it for a while till the new Theme update will release, It will not harm your site.

Thank you for the response. I’m trying to have the Billing / Shipping in the 1st column and then the Order Details / Payment options in the 2nd column. Is that possible? So the plan would be to use version 2, but instead of 3 columns, combine column 2 & 3 into 1 column. Does that make sense?

This Seems to be your site Child Theme issue OR the third party plugin confliction issue.

Please once check after activating the Parent-Theme and check your site after removing the browser cache, If your issue will resolve, It means the issue from your Child Theme only and you have to contact your developer for checking and solving your Child Theme Customization issue for you.

Please once check after deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

No, I mean if you are using Porto Child Theme, then deactivate it and Activate the Porto Parent Theme and check back.

OR

Please once check after deactivating all the third-party plugins on your site and check your site after removing the browser cache, If the issue will solve then you have to activate all the third-party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
