When I click on the icon that says “add to basket”/ “Details” it adds 2 of that product instead of one, but when I click on details and then add it adds correctly. Is there a way of forcing people to see “Details” rather than the shortcut add to basket. As it seems to cause a glitch where it is adding two of everything. Thankyou. My site is mattyscandles.co.uk

I added fusion builder element “any type” inside html editor “like tab html content”, I got html tags of that element inside the html editor, all things are rights, BUT How can I edit that added element VISUALLY not CODING ?

We can not have a builder interface inside a builder interface. For now, this is a limitation of the builders interface. You can make use of a new page, add the element in the builder and then right click, copy the element and paste it in your text block in the the other page

Hi.. The error occurs when any version of Event Calendar above version 5 is installed. Prior to that it was ok. Yes.. plugin was installed / activate when the demo was imported. Same issue on all the demos that use Events Calendar.

1. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Avada and Fusion Builder that is 6.1.2 and 4.1.2 respectively.
2. Please make sure that your elements are not disabled from Fusion Builder > Settings Tab.

Похоже проблема в устаревшей версии Fusion Builder похоже 2.1.2.? Как её мне обновить до 4.1.2.?

I am not able to register this theme on my domain. It says”Invalid token, or corresponding Envato account does not have Avada purchased.” though I have checked and followed all the steps. I don’t want to renew my support as I don’t feel the need for it. Can you please help me with sorting the issue?

We do understand you must have followed all the steps on the page to generate the token However it so happens, sometimes while generating the token we overlook the permissions that we need to give the Envato account to generate a valid token. I request you to please pay special attention to the checked boxes in the image here

Hi there!
I don’t need support, but I wanted to let you know about an issue I discovered with your left side menu option. On things like iPad’s in portrait orientation (and presumably other tablets), if the user scrolls down, the menu does not move with them down the page. The side menu essentially scrolls up the page and disappears as the user moves down, creating an empty space on the side rather than how it works on desktop where the side navigation menu stays next to the content area as the user scrolls.
You can see it happen on this demo for example: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/resume/ Try it on an iPad and you’ll see that the menu does not stick with the user.
Hopefully you can get that fixed in a patch! Thank you!

That is correct behaviour of how the side header works depending on the number of menu items / content on it, if the content on side header is more than above the fold there will be scrolling to see the rest of the header, if however the menu items are less the menu will act sticky, this is how it always works depending on the content, hope that was helpful, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you very soon.

Hi there!
I don’t think you’re fully understanding what I’m telling you. It is NOT that the side menu is sliding up as you scroll on an iPad to show more items on the menu. The issue I am reporting is that the menu slides completely OFF the screen as the user scrolls down on an iPad using the browser Safari. (I can’t say for other tablets and browsers.)
It is not something I need support for, as it is not unique to my website. I am merely reporting it to you so you can fix it system-wide.
For example, it happens when I scroll down on my iPad on your demo site: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/resume/ The side menu (which appears when holding the iPad in portrait orientation) does not stick on the side as I scroll down the page, it completely disappears once I scroll down even just a tiny bit of the page and I have to scroll back up to the top of the page to get it to re-appear.
I suggest trying it for yourself or having someone in Avada who has an iPad and Safari who can see it for themselves.

I see the same on my local site, the menu scrolls just fine and good and its supposed to fade away once you scroll way down, this is how it works on iPad and will not be sticky like its on the desktop, If however you are seeing something different please open a ticket and I will further get back to you there

The ability to reset the password is taking a long time. I never had to wait this long to reset a password on any website. I am still waiting for the next email after I clicked reset my password. This is not normal to be taking so long you have issues with your password reset system!!!

I have a client, running Avada 4.0.3 on WP 5.3.2 and, of course, things are not running smoothly. Unfortunately they don’t have their proof of purchase anymore, so I want to purchase a new licence.
Should I expect problems upgrading from 4.0.3 directly to the latest avada release? Do you have any recommendations or tipps?

Get this error when importing demo content. “Import Failed – Demo import failed. Please check for PHP limits in red on the System State page.” I have properly set all the PHP values just like the demo wants. PHP Time Limit: 180 – PHP Max Input Vars: 1500. Everything is GREEN nothing is red. So checking the PHP limits is not an option because they are set properly. Need help cannot install the demo no matter how many times I go back and retry. Keeps getting the same error and I already checked the PHP limits a bunch of times and they are all green. Need help
Landscaper demo is the one that has issues importing, the generic classic one works perfectly so this issue is coming from data being pulled for the landscaper demo. Help please
