Hi!

I’m trying to create a new section on one of my pages with some shortcodes. I’m saving all the changes but the section disappears after refreshing the page.

No changes saved, section gone…

On the other pages on the other hand I don’t have this kind of problem.

Important! One standard license is valid only for 1 website. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation. When moving a site from one domain to another please deregister the theme first.

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

You can install pre-built websites under sub-domains for example and present them to your clients. You can also install pre-built websites to learn how things were done and mix them on your\client’s websites.

Im trying to re design a new website for a client but I run into a little problem. Im trying to solve the white space between to image blocks but I can’t find the exact reason why the images blocks on the home page don’t have white space between and the image blocks on the keukens page do have white space between them.

Thanks. So, the margin you refer to, comes with the column where each image is located. You can see this on https://pasteboard.co/IThLoTZ.png and if you don’t want those spaces, you have to to play with those options of section—> https://pasteboard.co/IThMeFe.png

According to your 2nd question, purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

However, you do not need license to update any plugin that came bundled with the theme. Since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. Please only make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

I purchased this theme some years ago and used it for a website. Now this website is closed and everything is deleted from the server. I want to reuse the theme for a new website, since it is not being used anymore, but I keep on getting the same error message: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: iris.helma.gr . Is there any chance you could help me unlink the purchase code from the old unused website??

I’m a long-time fan of BeTheme and have some websites running on it. :) First question now: Is there a way of deactivating breakpoints (for responsive views) for one section only? Specifically I cannot find a way of getting a responsive view for the pricing items right in table view. The label column will always break away: https://www.vanovi.design/webdesign/#preise

Please let me know if this is possible with the “Pricing Item” builder instead of using an HTML table.

Hi, i need a little help. I try to move my betheme wordpress theme to an another site. First step deregister the old site, and delete the betheme folder, and go to the new site, and try to register the new theme and it is not working. Hi! One question: how can i change the color font menu in desktop ( but not in tablet and mobile version – burger – version ) in one particular page? I add the css but change in mobile version too. #Top_bar .menu > li > a, #Top_bar #menu ul li.submenu .menu-toggle { color: #2a2a2a; }

To change its color, you have to use the following custom css:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1240px){
    #Top_bar .menu > li > a, #Top_bar #menu ul li.submenu .menu-toggle {
        color: #000;
    }
}

I have a website built with BeTheme. I want to restyle it, and am wondering if it’s possible to load a demo (I actually don’t want the content, just the elements) and still keep my own content? Or would loading a demo delete my content?

Anyway, I decided to take the time to install the theme and demo on a subdomain. I exported the slider, but when I import it, it says:

Error: Wrong export slider file format! Please make sure that the uploaded file is either a zip file with a correct slider_export.txt in the root of it or an valid slider_export.txt file.

The zip does have the slider_export.txt file.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

Hi. I’ve asked for a refund couple of days ago, because unfortunately my hosting is not able to support the requirements of your Theme and you have been so kind to reply and point me towards the correct way on how to de-register and what else to do on my site before you can refund me. Now, all what was asked of me is done and the theme has been de-registered, files uninstalled and deleted. Envato gave me a possibility to raise a dispute in order to complete refund request after requested changes has been made on my site. How do we proceed with the refund? Thank you in advance.

P.S. For all users of this theme, all I can say is that the Theme is fantastic and I am very sorry that it is of no use to me due to my hosting company.
