On Digital theme in services page, exist a video in background. The file is mp4, but after inspecting the code exist other fallback extension (.webm and .ogv), so where are this settings coming from?
I have opt to use .mp4, since is used by html5 by default. I’ve preview the inspect element on your demo web page. I didn’t want to loose too many time importing the theme.
In members archive, how to change the amount of members per page? I don’t want to use infinite scroll, since it doesn’t stop loading members when mouse is over the footer section.

This is because Member is also a Custom Post Type so it works on default WordPress Custom Post Type amount, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading and set “Blog pages show at most” as “99” and “Syndication feeds show the most recent” as “99” and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache: https://ibb.co/N9T4HTb

This is the only possible solution and yes as I told you above that is Custom Post Type and if you changed it then it also changes for Blog and other Custom Post Types as well.
If you only want it to change for single Custom Post Type then you can use any third party plugin for it, otherwise this requires Customization.

For now there is no option in the Theme for it and it requires Customization, and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Yes, Porto WordPress is fully compaitable with Elementor Pro plugin, but you can not use Elementor Pro plugin for editing the Demo elements because those Demo’s has been made using WP Bakery plugin, So if you want to use Elementor Pro plugin then you have to start from Scratch.

This is because WooCommerce has updated its plugin very frequently and that makes a couple of Theme templated outdated, but no need to worry, first, it does not create any issue on your site, second, we are working on the new Theme update and soon you will find the new Theme update with updated templates, so you have to wait till that and Enjoy using Porto

Dear Theme Authors, the Mini Cart is broken in Firefox Desktop (Windows 10) with all latest plugins, themes and WooCoomerce. It cannot be clicked and it does not show the cart content on drop-down. Tested it on several browsers and computers and even other stores we know are running Porto and WooCommerce that are not ours.

Sorry to say that as per my knowledge, This is not possible as there is no option in the Theme for it, and Shop page and Main page both comes from same Theme so it is not possible to divide the Theme on Main and Sub domain, but if you want you can use any third party plugin with the Theme for it which provides this functionality.

I have tested it in deep at my end on my test site as well and finds that comment only works with Portfolios, Posts, Pages, not with Member Custom Post Types and this is the default functionality of the Theme, Member Custom Post type is only for showing the information of Members, not an interactive page.
Ok, but don’t know why on local server the comments were active on member single page. I view the single-member.php file and doesn’t have a reference to comments.php file. I went and edit the single-member.php file and add your reference $porto_settings[‘page-comment’] just before closing div id=”content” role=”main”.

Now, Please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here:

This is a FRESH install of the latest version of Porto that is crashing and causing multiple errors.
