“SKU search only works with live search and it shows the result if customer select/click on the product from live search dropdown suggestions only but not by clicking on the search icon or Press Enter, as this is the default Functionality of the Live Search.”

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

Regarding Translation: You can translate the Complete Theme to any language as per your requirements using Loco Translate plugin, Please watch and follow the instructions showing in this video that how to translate the Theme using Loco Translate Plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_X4mELtYDM&t=20s and simply you can change any word translated as well as per your requirements by changing it into the Theme Language files using Loco Translate plugin. Hello, I’m trying to send a ticket, but anytime I click on your site or try to go to item support, it states your db is not connected. We are wondering why the Top Ads Blue section is not centered on mobile on our site. It looks fine on desktop, centered and organized, however on mobile (devices smaller than a tablet), the Top Ads Blue section is aligned left when we need it centered. On Digital theme in services page, exist a video in background. The file is mp4, but after inspecting the code exist other fallback extension (.webm and .ogv), so where are this settings coming from?
I have opt to use .mp4, since is used by html5 by default. I’ve preview the inspect element on your demo web page. I didn’t want to loose too many time importing the theme.
In members archive, how to change the amount of members per page? I don’t want to use infinite scroll, since it doesn’t stop loading members when mouse is over the footer section.

This is because Member is also a Custom Post Type so it works on default WordPress Custom Post Type amount, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading and set “Blog pages show at most” as “99” and “Syndication feeds show the most recent” as “99” and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache: https://ibb.co/N9T4HTb

This is the only possible solution and yes as I told you above that is Custom Post Type and if you changed it then it also changes for Blog and other Custom Post Types as well.
If you only want it to change for single Custom Post Type then you can use any third party plugin for it, otherwise this requires Customization.

For now there is no option in the Theme for it and it requires Customization, and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache
