You can update the theme via Jupiter > Control Panel > Updates. If you need jupiter archive, your client has to register on ThemeForest and buy the theme himself to be able to manage its purchase code. Thank you.

Are you using Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X theme? If Jupiter 6, you can assign your menu to the header toolbar in Appearance > Menus, tick “Header Toolbar Navigation” https://take.ms/WvPtX . Thank you.

Sorry, maybe you did not understand me: whats the difference between Elementor and Jupiter X? Only the bundled plugins? What can I do with Jupiter X that I can´t do with Elementor itself?
At first Jupiter X has a lot of pre-made templates which you can install on your site and it will simplify the site creation process from scratch. There are Shop Customizer and Portfolio post type you can to create portfolio projects and shop pages. With Jet plugins you’ll be able to create mega menu in your header, additional filters. Also there is Blog Customizer to modify your posts look. With Jupiter X you’ll extend default Elementor features. Thank you.

I had three licenses. One site is bricked as it conflicts with php7+ going from 6 to 6+ updates. My other sites are future-proof with Gutenberg blocks, this one is toast. Elementor is not great. This was my top theme for 2016-2018 and recommended it to everyone, but time to move on. Been burned with too many theme authors on Envato making choices for us that are detrimental to my sites (like ThemeX) or clients and waste time in the long run. Try rebuilding your 6-year-old site and blog from WPBakery to Elementer and then these guys will choose another editor down the road for v11 and you will be jacked again. Gutenberg blocks are far from perfect but will not wander off WordPress core codes and make silly frontend editors and rely on others with tons of mandatory plugins just to work. That is not a theme anymore, but a bargain bin framework of curated plugins to charge money.

The standard codebase gives you the ability to extend the theme functionality easily using its powerful API, Hooks and filters. Elementor has a large community and it’s pretty much reliable. If you have issues using the theme or the page builder, our support staff will gladly help you out if you just create a topic in our support forum.
Anyway if you find Jupiter X with Elementor complicated, you can still use Jupiter 6 version. It’s supported and updates will be released for it. How to get Jupiter 6 files, please read in the article.
Jupiter 6 crashed on PHP 7.2 (WP recommended version) and I had to revert to 7.0 that is not advised for security reasons by WP and other plugins I have on that site. I am only purchasing themes that are Gutenberg-ready from now on. All these other editors like Elementor, Beaver Builder etc will reach an end of life if WP changes some codes just like WPBakery did when shortcodes fell out of coding grace. I do not want to rebuild a site again just because a theme does not work for an editor ever again.

PD:Also and very weird, I have some issues since yesterday with the fancy title of the top of the home page. Stripe tags are active but the gradient text does not show, it appears in black color unless I insert another text over that text, and then only one of them appears in gradient, can you guess what it is or have you heard before of this? maybe for this case it would be better to open a ticket? It just happens yesterday without touching nothing about that header text, I was just adding a button at the bottom of the page for my subscribers lead magnet.

I have already opened a ticket (for another issue that I have) but as always, your customer service for what I am paying year after year, It treats me very badly, it always takes me weeks to solve any problem because it answers only one question a day (usually some irrelevant and that does not solve the problem), and I am already starting to be very tired of paying for this lousy service. Meanwhile, my website is showing those failures and ruining the online vision for my clients and making it untrustworthy. I’m using Elementor to redo the whole site! When I choose the elementor header it connects me to the library, asks me for authentication and then does not open the page for me. He opens a page to me that says “The message above was triggered by Core. Call stack: wp_die () wp-admin / includes / menu.php: 350 what should I do? How come I can’t use Elementor models? Can you help me?

Jupiter X and child theme css – I’m working on localhost, installed some demos and now I begin to modify content and layout. Currently all I put into the Child Theme CSS file is ignored, it’s not loaded, there is no link to the cild theme CSS file in sourcecode. But Child Theme for jupiter X is activated. Of course I can use the Customizer box for CSS, but that is a bad solution, the window is too small. Do I have to put some code into functions.php file in the child theme folder?

Did you add the code in the file jupiterx-child/assets/less/style.less? There is a notice in the file jupiterx-child/style.css where the code should be added, but not in the style.css. Please re-check. Thank you.
